the receptionist very rude and blaming me because I cannot open the door. even he is the employee, I am the customer, obviously should not scolded me. at 9am, the housekeeper already asked me to checking out in very rude way. I don't know why many people review this hotel good ti stay. horrible stay!

Hotel dekat sekali dengan Halte Nam Seogwang Village (50 meter) kemudian di samping hotel ada mini market dan dekat dengan Jeju Intercity Terminal, perfecto.

Kami ambik Twin Room. Besar jugak bilik dia, ada tv dan peti ais, cuma tv xreti nak tekan sebab bahasa dorg. kat bawah ada GS25 mcm 7E la..blh beli apa² yang nak. Parking limited tapi kalo penuh dorg susun bg double park tapi kunci tinggal kat receptionist, nanti kalo ade kete nak kuar dia alihkan, kita nak kuar nti ambik blk kunci kat recep. Overall ok.

Staff was fluently in English (while almost everyone couldn't speak English). Room was clean and big, I ordered for two persons but I got 1 double bed and 1 single bed. There was lotion and toner too near the mirror. I didn't ordered any food. Location was about 1 kilometer from Jeju Bus Terminal (intercity).

호텔 바로 앞에 버스 정류장이 있고, 편의점도 바로 옆에 있고, 객실은 넓고 깨끗하며, 도심과 공항과 가깝습니다.

Good location in the main town, friendly staff.

Spacious room and great location. It's just behind the bus stop so we don't need to walk to far to back to the hotel after a long city tour. The boss also very kind and helpful. The problem is only on the breakfast time, it's only from 7 until 8 a.m. Beside than that breakfast time, I will choose this place again on my next trips.

Nyaman, bersih, kamar dilengkapi pemanas ruangan kamar mandi shower panas dingin tapi kurang informatif waktu sarapan tidak diberi tau harus tanya dulu. Hari ke-1 saya ketinggalan sarapan dekat dengan bus Station, bus stop dan keramaian kota. bersebelahan dengan mini market CU.

Kamarnya bagus dan bersih, sarapannya hanya ada prasmanan korea, ada toaster tapi tidak ada rotinya mungkin kita harus bawa sendiri selai dan rotinya. Lokasi strategis, dekat dengan bandara, dekat dengan mini market dan halte bus.

객실은 매우 좋고 편안했고, 아침 식사는 맛있었습니다.
