The first impression is a very awesome hotel. They have Aigner hand wash and lotion in the lobby restroom. The lobby looks luxurious enough. Chris from housekeeping staff is very kind and helpful. When we visit Dubai next time we surely stay with you again.

My first stay from 24 until 28 5 days 4 nights is really fantastic..Steigenberger is the best choice .. it is close to The dubai Mall and Burj Khalifa ..Bus shuttle is available as well. The driver is very friendly with his smiling face and he is very helpful to give us some infos. The service of Housekeeping especially a Filipino staff called Chris is top excellent ..Our vacation in Dubai is a wow and fabulous..We will come back again. Thank you very much Chris.. you are awesome indeed.
