Got put in bedroom w two queens rather than a 1 king. Was clean and comfortable but a little dirty. Blinds didnt close all the way, and bright lights from outside bled in all night.

The owners are such friendly and helpful people. Check in and out was quick and easy. Our room was clean and comfortable. The location is walking distance to restaurants and entertainment. This is our second time here for the MotoAmerica races at Laguna Seca and we’ll be back next year.

Excellent place for the price

Pictures are deceiving. Hotel was just “okay”. At check in the front desk staff tried to charge me an extra person fee saying my oldest child was older than 12. I told her I input all that information when booking and was already charged the fee. She insisted she must charge me an additional fee until I pulled out my phone and showed her the hotels.com receipt with the charge. Her response was that the information doesn’t always come through and she apologizes and then “upgraded” us to a room with a fireplace. I appreciate the attempt at repair but it annoyed me. Then our lights didn’t work (a prior guest must have unplugged them behind a night stand) - took ages to figure that out. Toilet ran all night. Beds were hard. Given how many options are available in this price range and below, I’d choose elsewhere. Check reviews on Yelp - they seem more accurate.

A lovely, quiet little place to stay when visiting Monterey! Great pricing. Not too far of a drive to the beach and other fun spots. I recommend staying here!

Interior was old and dark.

Overall the property was clean. But no customer service. Unique about this property was.. we picked up pizza for dinner and were going to eat with our kids but were greeted by a tiny little bird in the bench who was probably scared and who knows stranded there for how long. We called the front desk, a lady came yo check but really was no of no help. She went back to get a something and came with a towel and a stick to help the little birdie move. We did t want to hurt it so we were helpingbthe little scared bird escape for almost 20-30 mins. It was almost 10pm at night kids were tired but I bet they have a story to share with rheir friends about how we rescued. It was quite eventful.

it is noise when another unit is taking shower and turn on fans.

Customer service was wonderful and the front desk people were helpful and kind. The room was clean. Parking was available at all times of the day; if you couldn't find a space in front of your room there is a small parking lot close by. We stayed for 4 days and loved the fact that the inn was centrally located. It is close to everything beautiful in Monterey.

Friendly staff, reasonable price, lots of parking spaces. A bit hard to locate check in office if enter from the back side. Overall good place to stay if visit Monterey

Enjoyed stay. There were 2 of us and 2 chairs in the room would have been better than one person sitting in a chair and one on the side of the bed.

Nice room and reasonable price.

The property was very nice. The desk manager Arie was very professional & offered suggestions of places to see. The room was very comfortable, simple but adequate and plenty of natural light in the room. Since the manager's office window faces the entrance of the facility they are able to keep an eye on who's coming & going. We felt safe staying there.

Nice stay, nice area, restaurants and Trader Joe's within walking distance. Free parking. Would go back definitely.
