the hotel was good ☺ beautiful sya esp. inside. Refreshing and masarap magrelax unlike in other hotels.. I love the pools and sa beach area nila .. the food was pricey but big servings naman so sulit.. our room is 👍🏻 with hot water so clean .. all the staff are super nice and friendly..

Hotelnya jauh. Akhirnya tamu kami check-out sebelum waktunya. Dan uang hotel tidak bisa di refund tamu kami ini 30 nov-12 deh. Tapi tanggal 06 dec sudah check out.

Hot water was not working. It was only warm. Lift was not working. I had to checked out earlier than paid date check out date. I wanted to use back my room for few hours after I checked out and the 2 girls in the reception refused to gie me back my room even I had already paid for the extra night. It made me so angry and I had to forced them for me to speak to the manager which they refused for me to speak to him. You should fire both of them. The girl after blessie shift. When I spoke to the manager he is very nice and allowed me. Those 2 girls should be fired and should promote blessie one fo the reception staff . She made my stay less agitated by being so polite and helpful.

The hotel is accessible and easy to locate. Food and drinks are not allowed. Their menu is expensive. Staff is okay and friendly. Pool is okay and big. Deluxe room is not clean and old, suggest to revisit and renovate. Thanks.

I really have to recommend this to my friends! All the staff are polite and very hospitable, the pool are so great very nice ambience and very relaxing place. Me and my family will be going back to this place! Goodjob guys! See you again Wild Orchid beach resort.

The view is amazing, nice location and the room is huge but almost empty. No blower, no floor mats, door is very hard to lock, and worst is the light in the cr is dim light. Never saw a cr with dim light, so hard to see yourself. For 4k a night? Rip off! Find another beachfront hotel pls.

Not much of a fancy hotel for its price but internet was fast. Although the amenities and rooms were quite bit old already.

Enjoyed the calmness of the beach here. Food is great and affordable, same with the rooms.

Booked my stay last April 07-08, 2017, did not enjoy my stay for the following reasons: 1. we were not allowed to bring food in our room, even chips and water were not allowed 2. service in the restaurant is totally bad, we need to wait for an hour before our order comes 3. food menu are too costly 4. the bar along the beach is closed because they inform us that they have an event

I would like to thank traveloka for the easy booking online and for the discounted rate. We have a doctor's appointment at San Marcelino so I booked 3 King rooms for my family and in-laws. We really had a great time we love the pool and beach (so clean), the food was delicious and affordable. We just want to improve your service in the restaurant both inside the hotel and barefoot restaurant. More dining & kitchen staffs so that the food can able to serve fast because it took more than an hour to complete our order. We're so hungry Lol. This hotel has no cart for the baggage just so you know but don't worry the staffs will help you and assist your stuffs going to the room. Location is good. The room is okay though I thought there's a hair dryer but they don't have in the room, I did not try to request. We just requested for a elctric kettle for coffee. High speed Wifi connection is the best! I can recommend ths hotel anyway 👍💖
