Easy check in, very accommodating to put my room near others I was with. Room was clean and comfortable. Breakfast had lots of variety! Would stay again!

Clean room and hotel, except they couldn't keep up with the snow/ and that was tracked in. But good room at a good price.

Clean room and friendly staff. My kids enjoyed the slides and pool.

First room there was no bed in the sofa, then we got moved to another room and it was not cleaned properly. Found under arm deodorant on the floor

Rooms were spacious and comfortable. Pool was great. Breakfast was good. Overall a great place to spend a family weekend.

Temperature control in the room was erratic, temperature setpoint didn't seem to matter. When swimming there was a shortage of towels on several occasions - common in this hotel, but also irritating.

The carpets were dirty, there was discarded food under things and in cupboards, the blanket had red stains that looked like food, and when I woke up in the morning and grabbed my socks off the floor, little brown bugs fell off them onto my bed, not bed bugs but still gross. We saw them all around the room, they all ran to furniture when the lights came on. We took photos of them crawling on the bed and when we talked to the staff, there was no apology, a trivial reduction to room fee, and that's it. We have stayed there 3 times before now and will never return.

Really good motel very clean just a guy had to sweat during the night cause the ac was only able to go down to 68.

The room was premium loved it but outside ice was nasty almost fell a few times also 1 handicap parking spot was not acceptable need more

Room quiet dirty,stains in the ac unit Fridge has stains or rust in the freezer No complementary bottled water atleast 2 like other places. Pool has stains around the tile. Front desk is superb , easy check in

Room was clean. Hallway floor was dirty , especially around elevator entrance , looks like it hadn't bin vacuumed forever ! Very friendly staff !

Our room looks like it was lazily cleaned — the sheet wasn’t fully on the bed (coming off in corners), we found wine bottle lids, the light bulbs are burnt out in one of the laps. Also, the pool being freezing is a big bummer. We are here for the night for my husband’s 30th birthday because he wanted to water slide and it’s too cold to enjoy.
