전체 평가 및 리뷰 The Peppermill

전반적으로 만족하였으나 개선 사항이 있습니다. 첫 번째, 수건을 재 사용하고 새것으로 갈아 주지를 않습니다 바닥에 두고 발을 닦은 수건을 방 히터에 올려 두고 말리고 재사용하라고 합니다. 두 번째, 와이파이가 불안정하고 너무 느립니다. 세 번째, 밤 11시가 되면 호텔에 직원이 아무도 없고 모든 문을 잠구어 버려서 완전히 갇히게 됩니다. 작은 호텔이라 이해는 되지만 아무도 없으니까 불안하기도 했습니다.

The tap in the bathroom made a dreadful noise after I used it and it kept going for hours after, dreadful sleep in a very uncomfortable bed, shame as room looked lovely

It was an absolutely amazing place to stay and eat. The staff were fantastic, very helpful, and friendly. The food was amazing, and everywhere was spotlessly clean.

Second stay here. Great place - lovely room; delicious breakfast and great location in centre of town. Will stay here again.

Stayed the one night, food was amazing and room was a decent size and comfortable.

Nice room, but although spacious, there was no chairs, only one stool, and no light over the dressing table mirror. Room was on 2nd floor up a narrow staircase which was awkward. Price was more expensive than expected with no breakfast included. I thought £185 for room only was too much. We went next door to Weatherspoons for breakfast instead.

Lovely and welcoming. Really warm on a cold winters day. Beautiful decor. It is THE place to stay in Devizes and fantastic value for money. 5 stars all day.

We enjoyed our stay at the Peppermill. It had everything we wanted. The accommodation and food were as good as we remembered from our previous trip. The staff we welcoming and nothing was too much trouble.

Interesting building, with excellent refurbishment. Staff and restaurant excellent.

Only a short stay, but comfortable room, everything we needed.

Everything was just perfect from first walking into the building and then leaving..the cleanliness and the atmosphere where abouve and beyond.i will definitely be staying again

Enjoyed the stay. Room very comfortable but as in a lot of hotel rooms why does a double room only have one chair? Decor v modern and clean food v good too. No complaints can recommend if you’re staying in this locale

The staff was very helpful with several requests. Parking was initially a problem at the Stage Road car park that didn't have functioning coin kiosks and none of the on line payment methods were accepted from a US phone number. Although it was a short stay car park, the Central Car Park worked out best for us. Everything else about the hotel was great.

The room is comfortable and clean. This hotel is very nice hotel in Devizes.

Old world charm, manners and service with a smile. Great food and no muzak.

Had a lovely one night stay . In Devizes to meet up with family and attend Devizes Real ale festival in the Wharf. Hotel perfectly located,charming ,delightfully quirky and spotlessly clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Will definitely return next time we are visiting the area.

The hotel is quite small inside with steep steps going up to the rooms. Clean and spacious room and the bathroom had a nice bath with shower. The breakfast was overpriced and service slow.

Lovely hotel, friendly helpful staff, good food. Extra touches such as nice toiletries and robes plus fresh milk available made all the difference. The only downside was lack of parking. Website said it was available which was technically true but nothing long stay in vicinity. Would stay there again and recommend.
