Rooms need updating and couch needs cleaning

Very clean and safe hotel

We were overall satisfied with our stay but they didn’t clean the room or provide clean towels. We had to call and request.

Nice property and room was clean. Shower water was hot and had good pressure. Our air conditioner stopped working first night but they fixed it for the rest of the stay.

Hotel was nice but mattress was not too comfortable and pillows were too thin . Kick out Starbucks and get free breakfast bar.

Disappointed. Check in took too long. Only one employee was checking in guests. However, the employee was engaging with a guest about restaurant recommendations. So, our family needed to wait longer than would be expected. Rooms appeared out dated. Hallways were confusing. Took me a wrong turn trying to find the elevator when exiting my room. Could only imagine what it would be like for a senior citizen. I will say one good feature is the proximity to the beach. It’s literally just a traffic light and short walk past about 4 beach houses to the access walkway.

Our stay was very uncomfortable, and the staff was unpleasant, except for when the two managers were present then the staff was very accommodating.

Clean, comfortable room, wifi, netflix youtube, convenient location , beach across the street , Restaurants nearby . 10-15 min from the city centre by car ..

Overall, a clean location and very convenient to many restaurants, the beach, etc. I was disappointed that the bar/kitchen was closed during my stay.

Property was close to beach and walking distance to restaurants and shops. The staff when checking in was abrupt and rude. We wish the rooms were updated. The room had peeling paint and wallpaper and no seal around the shower so floor got saturated.
