객실도 깨끗하고 직원들도 표정도 좋았고 응대도 깔끔했습니다.

직원들이 매우 친철함 객실에서 보이는 뷰가 아주 좋음 수영장 시설이 아주 좋음 단 지하에서 행사가 있는 날은 객실이 세상 시끄러웟음

호텔 및 방은 굉장히 깨끗하고, 아침식사도 잘 나왔습니다..!

It was very nice hotel. There was outside cafeteria, in the garden. It looked so amazing and so nice. Just few things, the wifi wasn't connected as automatically that I had to connect wifi every morning. Also, the room number order was unusual that it was hard to find my room. Room number 12 was next 10, not 11.

Overall experience was good, but when I was checking out the staff at the lobby wasn't very friendly compared to the ones I've met during the check in.

기존에 하야트호텔이라고 들었습니다. 그 내공이 전체적으로 뭍어납니다.객실은 청결하고 어느쪽을 보나 천산산맥을 거의 마주보고있습니다. 호텔 위치는 주변에 슈퍼등이 없어서 필요한 것은 사서 들어가야 합니다만 가격대비 만족도가 이를 상쇄합니다. 앞의 공터에 유르트 레스토랑 역시 멋집니다.

늘 편히 쉴수 있는 곳이에요.

Very great hotel. Especially when you consider the budget, this hotel is awesome. The breakfast was also fantastic. I love this hotel. Gym was also fine, but little bit too much classic. Needs to be updated.

리모델링이 필요한 외관과 객실, tv 및 객실 내 비품이 전체적으로 오래되었다는 느낌을 받았음 허나 친절한 직원, 로비에서 바라본 예쁜 디자인, 지하 수영장과 맛사지샵 전체적으로 만족함 운이 좋을경우 알마티의 침블락(?) 설산 풍경을 볼 수 있음

Freindly staff, clean , beautiful hotel. The pool area was lovely and a great add on to our very busy stay. Food was great and reception went out of their way to be helpful

The hotel was an outstanding one 30 years ago. Now they just one of good ones. Management works hard to make the stay good, but staff is a bit out of ground. Thay could not help me taxi ordering for in city travelling. One more example: I paid 3 nights and did not have a single breakfast due to late arrival and early leave. At 10:35 I asked just for coffee and been refused.

Worth its price

Fantastic hotel! The pool area is top notch, the breakfast buffet is superior with varying options every day, the room is very comfortable, and the staff are amazing. We would stay there again!
