Hotel muy accesible a todo

We loved Naif hotel for its comfort, convenience and quiet, mature vibe. It was everything we needed for our stay in Antigua. We would return!

The bathroom was a bit small but the room was very spacious, the beds super comfortable, the towels soft and the garden very nice.

The people were kind, helpful, and respectful. No A/C but a nice fan kept us comfortable

An excellent hotel with a wonderful breakfast alfresco. Large shower and comfortable bed.

Es un hotel bonito, nada fuera de lo común! Las camas si están muy cómodas, la atención podría mejorar, y solo tener en cuenta que todos los cobros adicionales como el check in antes o el later check out se cobran solo en efectivo!

Staff were wonderful & helpful. The rooms had a bit of a musty smell.

Only stayed one night. Hotel was fine. Room was a little musty.

Unfortunately, rooms did not have A/C and it was too warm at night.

This was a perfect stay for us in Antigua. Our flight came in late, but I was able to confirm with them that we were going to be there around 11p and they had someone waiting to let us in once we had arrived. From there, the location was perfect! The staff are very kind and you can’t beat the views!

This property was so beautiful just like the pictures & the staff was so nice and accommodating! The 24 hour Concierge service was a huge plus for us that we didn’t even know we needed !!! The restaurant and bar located in frying off the hotel was delicious and quick l, once again- very thoughtful staff! I couldn’t recommend this hotel enough and can’t wait to stay here again
