전체 평가 및 리뷰 Majestic Mirage Punta Cana - All inclusive

Honestly this place is the worst place I've been to. You have to wait more than an hour to check-in and once you get to your room, you also have to wait for your luggage to arrive, which took more than an hour. We are sitting there just wasting our time. The staffs are so eager for tips, and their facial expression will change according to the amount of the tip. Do not get a massage or a spa in this hotel. it's not worth it. I couldn't get out of this hotel fast enough. I would never visit this hotel again.

전반적으로 5성급 호텔로는 느껴지지않는 부족한 서비였습니다. 1.청결도 침구류가 전반적으로 청결하지 않은느낌이라서 불안했는데, 와이프의 팔에 벼룩이 물어서 남은 흔적들이 생겼습니다. 습도가 높으니 더욱 청결에 신경써야 적어도 3성급 이상의 숙소가 될수있습니다. 타월교환도 6일중 2일이나 없었습니다. 이렇게 비싼 숙소료에 타월교환도 되지않으니 너무 불편했습니다. 방청소는 6일중 2일 되지 않았습니다. 태풍이 있어서 휴일이었다고 호텔측에서 핑계되었지만, 나는 돈을 지불했으므로 서비스받을 의무가 있는데도 호텔은 무시했습니다. 2. 온수이용불가 6일중 3일 온수이용이 불가능해서 매우 불편했습니다. 호텔에 요청했지만, 또다시 태풍핑계를 대며 온수가 나오지않아 가족들이 씻는데 매우 불편했습니다. 3. 물품준비 미비 옷걸이 부족, 세탁서비스 신청종이 없음, 슬리퍼부족, 침대부족, 냉장고 안 맥주음료 리필 부족 이 모든것들이 왜 내가 요청해야만 갖다주는지 모르겠습니다. 이곳은 5성급 호텔이 아닙니다. 4. 식당 불친절 직원들 중 일부는 인사도 하지않고, 표정이 안좋았습니다. 서비스교육을 안받은 사람은 리조트에서 일하지 않도록 내부교육이 필요합니다. 특히 식사중인데 옆에서 청소하는 직원, 식사중인데 그릇과 포크를 가져간 직원, 음료 요청했는데 안가져오는 직원 등 교육상태가 심각하다고 느꼈습니다. 5. 시설이용불가 허리케인으로 인하여 어린이수영장 3일, 일반 수영장 2일 이용하지 못했습니다. 이것은 리조트의 대비와 대응이 아쉬운 부분입니다. 우리아이들은 방에서 핸드폰밖에 못했습니다. 6. 약한 냉방, 잦은 정전 처음부터 방의 냉방이 약해서 적응해야함에 불편했습니다. 19도로 낮춰져 있음에도 불구하고 전혀 시원하지 않았습니다. 특히 식당들의 냉방상태는 심각했습니다. Steak house와 일본식 식당은 너무 더워서 식사중에 땀을 계속 흘릴수밖에 없었습니다. 태풍원인때문인지, 새벽에 잦은 정전이 있어서 잠을 편히 못잤습니다. 태풍 당일은 이해하지만, 다음날과 그 다음날까지 문제가 계속되었습니다. 7.매니저급 직원들의 불친절 우리 매니저는 전반적으로 대응에 노력을 했습니다.(De Leon) 하지만 다른 매니저에게 클레임을 요청했을 때 불쾌한 표정을 지으며 도움을 주지않았고, 오히려 회피하고 다른곳에 클레임 요청하라고 짜증을 냈습니다.(Jorge) 매우 예의 없었고, 심지어 호텔 최고매니저도 클레임요청에 고객응대하지 않았으며, 일부 고객은 숙박비 계산이 잘못되었음에도 사과도 환불도 없었습니다. 이것은 완벽한 문제입니다. 8.유일한 장점 키즈클럽과 어린이수영장 직원들은 모두 매우 친절하고, 노력하는 모습을 보여주었으며 아이들에게 행복한시간을 만들어 주었습니다. 키즈클럽에 근무한 여직원들에게 박수갈채를 보내며 진심으로 감사합니다. 전반적으로 불편함이 가득한 여행이었으므로, 다시 가고싶지 않습니다. 다른 이용객들이 같은 불편함을 겪지 않기를 진심으로 희망합니다.

I suffered a lot of inconvenience due to the hurricane and service. No one explained to me. When can I use hot water, when can I use the swimming pool, when can I use the elevator. And I wanted to turn off the air conditioner in the evening but it didn't work. I called the staff, but they told me to open the window a little.(when hurricane is coming) Most of the staff don't even say hello. The service was the worst of any 5 star hotel I've been to. But the only kids club staff was friendly. They were always explaining the next kids program and memorizing the child's name. And in the restaurant, only the staff serving the coffee were friendly.

Primero que nada llegando al hotel check in no puede ser mas lento muy malo el servicio desde comienzo. He ido a varios hoteles en punta cana pero primera vez que el servicio es tan lento y malo.. mayordomo encargado llego despues de 30 minutos pero ni disculpas nos presento una parte del hotel y nos dijo que resto lo vieramos por online. Llegamos a la pieza ( segun el hotel era el mas grande y mejor habitacion) era grande pero la cama para los niños era muy pero muy malo. La principal era normal. Despues de ver la habitacion fuimos al buffet a cenar. Comparado con royalton y hard rock los hoteles que estuvimos las veces pasada dejava mucho que desear. Comida muy surtida pero mala calidad y en sabor tambien dejaba mucho que desear. Hotel familiar pero el restaurant frances era el unico decente pero solamente para mayores de edad. El italiano no puede ser mas lento y atendian con una cara que casi me escapo el buffet atencion un poco mejor pero comida mala el japones comida no muy rico la cocina a la plancha el show normal comida arroz salteado rico el carne con fideo malo el salmon malo. Los bares en la plaza atencion muy lento para que te atiendan no era facil. El sport bar atencion muy simpatico comida normal y como era el unico lugar abierto como hasta despues de la 12 las gentes con buena onda.. eran muy pocos lugares que se podian pedir toalla para la playa o picina incluso 3 dias nos dijeron que no habia tengo que escribir mucho mas pero no queda mas letras disponib

This was our first time in the Dominican Republic and the Majestic Mirage was an incredible place to stay. It’s clean and beautiful. The staff makes you feel like family and they go out of their way to make sure you’re enjoying your time and experience. We had a wonderful time and are considering coming back to get married at the property. 10/10 recommend!

Our concierge Isidro was awesome. He really took care of us the whole time.

We had a wonderful time during our stay, the resort is very well maintained and the service is top notch. We got blessed with the BEST butler (Gridel) who was there for us every step of the way. He made every aspect of the trip so convenient, from check-in to check-out. We will miss his big smile and never ending positive energy! The staff is really what makes this resort so special. Everybody is incredible nice and helpful, from bartenders, housekeeping and dining staff. The nighttime entertainment was fun, specially the circus with amazing acrobatic acts! We stayed in the family section with our 2 teenagers and had plenty of opportunity for pool, beach, excursions, and relaxation. We did the buggies and the ATV, and though we had to get used to the Dominican minutes with long wait times, we were glad to break up the days with some fun off the resort. We struggled a little with all the sales folks on the beach, and at the excursions. Everywhere you turn somebody wants to sell you something like jewelry, cigars, toys, photos with parrots etc. We learned with time to just say no right away but some can be quite pushy and it got uncomfortable a few times. Overall we highly recommend this resort!

Amazing service and the food was fresh and presented very artistically. The staff was happy to help with a smile. I've been to dozens of other resorts in the past and Majestic Mirage was by far the best ever. I highly recommend them.

Everything was absolutely wonderful. I’d definitely return to the resort.

We spend 6 lovely days in the resort. Hospitality was great, everyone was friendly and knowledgeable. I would definitely recommend The majestic Mirage to my family and friends. There is one thing they can improve in, waiters need to be aware when someone is filming at a show… not to cross right in front… the waitress passed a total of 5 times right in front of our table where I was recording a performance. I understand she has a job to do, but she could have easily go behind our table without having her in my shot. So just be aware of people recording.

Lovely hotel - we had a suite with an outdoor jacuzzi. Nice stay with the family with seperate areas for 18 Good entertainment and the staff went out of their way to ensure you had a great time.

The resort was good, however noisy. The resort staff was pleasant and all would great you respectfully. The food was mostly good, especially at the French restaurant. The staff was accommodating and helpful with setting up excursions and transport. The music on the beach was excessive in the evenings. The room was tidy, however appeared to be a bit outdated.

Majestic Mirage is a pretty nice resort. My family had a great time

Super clean, good service, great night shows- we loved it!

The cleaning staff were absolutely lovely. There are a few things that could be added to make things even better. Like, brick pavers from the patio to the pool, not doing much damage to the grass. Also, each guest should absolutely be introduced to the app for Majestic. We were not told of it, and found it the 2nd to last day we were there.

3rd tome at the Majestic. Staff was still great, especially our Majordomo Junior and Lenet (pool concierge). Food is really good and diverse and service was great too. Amazing beach to walk on and swim, and lots of beach beds and long chairs. Our room was great and quiet even with the activities outside. Would recommend this resort!
