Great stay!

This an old Hotel, but the staff are very nice

Clean, comfortable accommodation. A friendly staff. Walkable to different dining and shopping options. The breakfast provided was a little meagre compared to many other similar hotels.

Perfect for an overnight stay.

Very helpful, grabbed me an extra blanket with no issues. Easy and fast check in and out

The suite was roomy enough to accommodate my wheelchair and the staff was friendly and helpful

Last minute booking due to weather. The room was sufficient for our needs. The room was clean and tidy

Our room and the hole second floor was freezing cold. The heater didn’t work and when told staff they had no concern. Also had a friend in this hotel same night different room and she said same thing so cold she sleeper in her clothes and winter coat. Its winter heaters should work come on. Then the room above an ours people where banging and yelling all night till past 2am. If you you get a room on the front like us above the entry door you get to hear taxis, slamming the doors all night and the staff shovel the snow off the side walk so noise. So if you would like to stay up all night cause it’s so noisy and freeze all night then this is your place.

First impression usually hits it off for me. We spent 2 nights there and enjoyed every minutes. Keep up the good work over there.

It’s an older hotel. The toilet broke and couldn’t be fixed on the long weekend. The 2 bedside lights didn’t work. The plug by the sink didn’t work. They changed our room. This made us late for our event. Beds were comfortable. Hotel was quiet. Breakfast was not a hot breakfast but was good. Not sure if I would book it again. Probably not!
