The hotel was lovely but we had absolutely no hot water whatsoever. The shower was stone cold. The water pressure in the wash basin was terrible and also freezing cold. The toilet only flushed now and again.

Had a lovely overnight stay Had food in restaurant next door & food was very nice also drinks in bar & even though bar man was busy doing lots of jobs he still had time for a quick chat

Room was ok, bed was comfy, reception when i checked in was miserable but checking out the lady was nice. Didn't eat so can't make comment

I was in a room in the main building the first room had a noisy extractor fan outside so the receptionist kindly moved my to another. This room was far better than any I've stopped in previously warm quiet with a shower and spotlessly clean.

Rooms dated and tired the mattress was uncomfortable. I found my bathroom dirty and not cleaned hair in bath and a used bar of soap. Window cracked so a cold draft in room. The bar area is nice and a good choice of drinks and the restaurant excellent.

Good sized room. Friendly receptionist. All you need for a one night stay. The restaurant was handy and on site. Very clise to the Kelpies which was the purpose of our visit. I would recommend x

Our room was upgraded to a lovely, large room in the original building. The people were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was fantastic.

Check in was fine and efficient,however whilst the room is a good size, its appointment is not so good. Why no coffee table for the 2 easy chairs? Why only one mug? No glasses for the bathroom. A shortage of plug sockets. Overall the stay could have been better.

Rooms are dated and tatty, a lot of stains and marks on furnishings. I found the mattress hard and lumpy. The wifi was ok for emailing and my room quiet if a bit cold.The old heater took some warming up.

Very friendly staff. Spacious room. Comfortable bed. Easy parking. Rooms are situated up some stairs so be prepared if carrying luggage. Not a problem for us but wanted to point out for other travelers.

Easy walk to the Kelpies, very good restaurant, nice staff, room very clean, tub and shower, comfortable bed. 20 minute drive from airport.

The price doesn't meet the hotel's conditions. Kegel had water and mould inside, there was no hot water in the shower. Rooms had a bad smell This is the expense room I had pay for during my holidays and the worst

Wonderful stay, good food right next door. What more could we ask for!!

A very comfortable & pleasant stay .

Able to walk at night to the Kelpies was the reason to stay at the Grange Manor. We liked the ease of moving around on the property. The dining options are okay but not sure why you need reservations when noone is there at Cook's. The room was good but the towel warmer did not come on. Friendly greeting and help when we checked in was our highlight and taxi arrangement much appreciated.
