여행일정에 촉박하게 예약했지만 그럭저럭 저렴하게? 구한것같아요. 다만, 일본이지만 외국인이 알바인지 사장님인진 모르겠지만. 응대해주셨고, 간단하게 할말만 하고 끝! 보통 그랬어요. 사무실을 숙소로 개조했다고 되어있던데, 일반적인 숙소라기 보다는. 그냥 뭔가ㅋㅋ고시원??까진 아니고..뭔가 우리나라였으면.. 내부 벽체제거하고 건물 튼 것처럼 불법 건축물인 기분도 들었고.. 그치만 나쁘진않았어요 잠만 자니깐. 그리고 개인적으로는 바닥이 돌바닥이라 웬지 찝찝한 기분이었고, 사람 취향이니까요 그래도 1층은 카페랑 같이해서. 뭐 나쁘진 않음! 적정가격인듯?

호텔 위치가 니시키시장과 가까워서 매우 좋았고 조용한 동네에 위치해서 숙면을 취하기 아주 좋았습니다. 아쉬운 점이라면 2박, 연박이였는데 수건과 물은 1박 것만 준비되어있어 따로 요구해서 받았고 블라인드가 손상되서 화장실을 사용할때 밖에서 보일까봐 샤워타월로 다 가려놓고 지냈어요. 그렇지만 대체 방안이 있었고 깨끗하고 안락하고 1층 카페도 이쁘고 좋았습니다. 에어컨, 드라이기, 티비 모두 작동 잘 되었습니다.

호텔의 인테리어, 아침 식사, 그리고 친절한 서비스는 아주 마음에 들었고 침대가 아주 아주 편안했다. 꼭 다시 가고 싶은 호텔이었고 친구에게도 추천할 것 같다. 호텔은 조용한 동네에 있는데 족금만 걸어가면 백화점, 식당, 전철역 등이 있어 분위기와 위치도 둘다 좋았다.

My room was in a very bad condition, it did not match the photos at all. In addition, the air condition system was working poorly which makes you freeze as the room lacks proper isolation. Front office availabe late afternoon only and not able to communicate in English. In my opinion, a rip-off considering the price. Would definitely neither stay there again nor recommend the place

Staff very helpful, location not good, 10mins walk from bus station or subway, if your baggage not heavy, it’s ok.

案内表示が無くホテルの位置が分かりにくかった。でも、受付のお兄さんの対応が良かったです。

This hotel is In a perfect Location, 5 min walk from train station & 10 min walk to some of the best shopping and restaurants in Japan. The room itself is very spacious the biggest one we stayed in in Japan, it’s spotlessly clean and has everything you need. Best of all are the hosts they treat us like Family. Stop looking it’s a great place at a great price

想像以上に部屋が綺麗で清潔感に溢れていてとても快適に過ごすことができました！シャワーとトイレが別なのも良かったです。

Mixed feelings about the hotel. We booked because of the positive feedback about the complimentary breakfast and service. There was no breakfast for expedia customers and the service was medium. I am pregnant and my mom is a bit older. IT would have been nice if the person behind the desk would help with the luggage or even just open the elevator. But he just gave the key and thats iT while the elevatordoors we’re closing very quickly. The room is big and you do get free water, thats very nice and the location is great!!! So these are great pro’s. You can walk around Kyoto and return to the hotel by foot and feel safe :) Unfortunally there was a dirty cutton bud on the Floor in our room and the roller blind in the shower was broken so people could look into the Bathroom. They tried to fix iT with Some tape with no succes. The internet in the bedroom didn’t work either so that was dissapointing. The builing looks cute though but if we had to spend the same money again, we would choose a different hotel.

Very nice hotel. Close to the station. Has a cafe that is vegan/vegetarian. Dogs welcome. Minimal modern feel and look. Loved our stay. Everything was in perfect condition.

Room was clean, a little cozy, not much room for luggage storage. Large bathroom.

The Minato hotel was a highlight of our trip. It is conveniently located, has all the amenities, and the breakfast is the perfect way to start the day. The bed was very comfortable and the shower was nice and warm with good water pressure. The staff were an unbelievable resource in navigating Kyoto, were always so kind and helpful. Their recommendations time, and time again, led us to restaurants and activities that became favourites of the trip. Would love to stay here again.

Klein hotel, industrieële look, weinig opsmuk maar heel schoon en centraal gelegen. Kamers zijn niethewl groot maar wij hebben het prima naar ons zin gehad. Hoteleigenaresse is meer dan behulpzaam evenals haar man. Ontbijt is prima!

This hotel was a great find, with only 7 rooms in total you really get a personal service. The staff are lovely and will go out of their way to help you. Free breakfast is an added bonus. The rooms are nicely decorated and a fair size with a nice modern bathroom. The hotels location is central Kyoto, 20 min walk to Kyoto station and around a 20 min walk to imperial palace.

服務人員非常有溫度，沒有任何可以挑剃了，到的那天是女生櫃檯，不但沒有責怪我們未在check in 時間內抵達，還親切耐心的向我們說明一切，真的很感激。離開的那天是男生櫃檯，主動將行李搬到街上，更親切的向我們鞠躬目送離去，讓旅途增加了美好的回憶。 早餐很棒，所有房間都包含早餐，讓每天心情都有美好的開始。 地點很好，離熱鬧的中心很近，清水寺、八阪神社也可以步行得到，附近都是超商，非常方便。 房間乾淨舒適，日式北歐的裝潢可以感覺到飯店主人相當有品味。 如果再去京都，絕對還會選擇這間。
