Fantastiskt boende med utomordentligt service och trevlig personal. Hög klass på mat och dryck. Mycket rent och snyggt på området. Älskade stället!

Great for a family vacation! The staff is very nice and helpful. The food is great!!! Downside, the bars that are open during the days have very limited options.

Achtung vor der unsicheren Wasserrutsche! Ich hatte einen Unfall auf der Wasserrutsche obwohl ich mich an alle Regeln gehalten habe. Der Bademeister hat mich gesehen und ist dann verschwunden. Das Hotel sah keine Schuld bei sich. Generell ist die Anlage vor einigen Jahren von Mitsis übernommen worden und wurde mit frischer Farbe aufhehübscht. Die Infrastruktur und die Zimmer sind aber dennoch aus ca. 80er Jahren und bedürfen dringender Grunderneuerung. Unser Zimmer hatte keine Stühle oder Sessel/Sofa und wurde auf Anzahl der Betten optimiert. Der Speisesaal erinnert an eine Jugendherberge, auch wenn ich das Essen gut fand. Das Hotel liegt auch in der Einflugschneise des Flughafens und alle paar Minuten fliegen die Flugzeuge darüber. Leider auch bis spät in die Nacht. Für das Geld hätte ich mehr erwartet! Lichtblick war die Anlage mit viel Platz und die direkte Lage am privaten Strand. Diesen könnte ich 3 Tage aus meinem Bett bewundern indem ich mit Gehirnerschütterung lag. Danke Mitsis!

Die Anlage ist weitläufig, sehr gepflegt und vermittelt gleich ein Wohlgefühl! Die Freundlichkeit und Ambitioniertheit des Personals kann nicht oft genug angemerkt werden! Das Essen ist ausgezeichnet , speziell in den A-la-Carte Restaurants wird auf hohem Niveau gekocht! Der Strand ist sehr schön und es gibt immer ausreichend Liegen und Schirme. Man kann die Ruhe genießen oder an Aktivitäten teilnehmen, für jeden Geschmack etwas dabei!

Absolutely loved our stay at Canvas by Mitsis Cretan Village. The hotel has a beautiful setting, a relaxed atmosphere, and the staff were welcoming and professional throughout our visit. One of the highlights was that we were upgraded to Laguna at no extra cost, which was a really nice surprise and made our stay even more special. Everything felt well organized, the service was excellent, and we truly appreciated the attention to detail. Overall, it was a very positive experience and we would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable stay in Crete.

Sehr schöne Anlage und freundliches Personal

It was an excellent and relaxing stay, my top were probably food (huge variety of vegetarian dishes, every day something new and different, excellent à la carte restaurants and food by the beach during the day) The staff deserves a huge applause for their top hospitality friendliness and attitude. Very comfortable room and beautiful surroundings, in my opinion better than the neighboring resorts. Overall very comfortable stay. If I have to say something negative it’s maybe that I’d love it to be an adult only hotel since kids were running everywhere, so definitely more family friendly than a relaxing couple stay, but you cannot satisfy everyone :) anyway I’d definitely come back

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans un appartement familial. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres quoiqu'un peu désuètes. Les installations dans l'hotêl, les bars et kiosques à collation sont parfaitement achalandés. Le personnel est très accueillant. Petit bémol : présence d'algues sur la plage et dans l'eau... mais vraiment beaucoup d'algues! Séjour parfait.

verouderd en niet goed onderhouden. Bad en vloer van bungalow nog vuil. Eten was nooit echt warm. Grote en ruime zwembaden. Goede variatie van het eten op de verschillende plaatsen. goede animatie.

Sehr zu empfehlen, Preis - Leistung stimmt!

Sehr schöne und weitreichende Anlage mit unheimlich freundlichem und hilfsbereitem Personal. Das Hotel und die Infrastruktur sind sehr gepflegt, gerade wenn man die Belegungsfrequenz, gerade in der Hauptferienzeit, berücksichtigt. Das Essen ist vielfältig, wiederholt sich im Hauptrestaurant nach einer Woche. Es wird allgemein viel im Cretan Village geboten. Wir kommen wieder.

First time visiting a Mitsis, I was dubious as it was so cheap for a family of four, all inclusive. I was pleasantly surprised!! We all had a great time and will be back, We were a family of four, young children, and the room was cozy! I imagine with older children it would be cramped. Food selection was good and tasty with different themed nights. Breakfast got a bit boring by day 6, lots of choice just the same every day. All edible and tasty, though.
