방, 거실, 부엌, 화장실 시설 너무 깨끗하고 좋습니다 특히 바다가 보이는 테라스 테이블 분위기 좋고 화장실이 2개라 5명 가족 이용하기 정말 좋았습니다

비치 바로앞에 위치하여 바로 바닷가로 나갈수있음 시설은 청결하고 주방도구도 충분해 가족여행에 더 적합합니다 스플릿 시내와 좀떨어져있지만 렌트카나 우버 이용하면 전혀 문제없음 단점이라면 거실에 에어컨 하나밖에 없어 낮에 냉방효율이 떨어짐

호텔스닷컴을 통해 예약할때부터 기대를 조금 했었다. 사진으로 보니 너무 좋았기 때문에.. 하지만 가끔은 사진과 너무 다를때가 있어서 그렇게 큰 기대를 하지는 않았다. 그런데 도착해보니 놀라울 정도로 좋았다. 비치를 끼고 있어 전망은 물론 가구의 퀄리티나 청결도 어느것 하나 부족함이 없었다. 너무 깨끗했고 편안했다. 여행중이라는 걸 잊어버릴 정도로.. 마치 내집인것 처럼... 2박 예약하고 갔으나 하루를 더 머무르고 싶어서 혹시 가능하냐고 했더니.. 다행히도 우리가 원하는 날 가능하다다고 해서 가까운 마트에서 장봐서 밥 해먹고... 그냥 집에서만 머무르다 해수욕을 즐기는등... 만약 바다를 좋아하고 가끔 릴렉스 하기를 원하는 렌터카 가족여행이라면 정말 특히 더 추천하고 싶다. 바닷가라도 뽀송뽀송하고 정말 쾌적한곳이라.. 적극 강추한다..

What an amazing property! It’s located directly on a private stretch of beach with beach chairs and umbrellas supplied by the owner. The water is amazing, lots of restaurants and several grocery stores nearby. I will most definitely have to come back for another visit and stay at this location!

Stationnement fourni , l'appartement était d'une propreté exceptionnelle, tout comme le reste de la location, terrasse et trottoir en face nettoyé chaque jour , sans compter la gentillesse des propriétaires. Emplacement incroyable, nous étions à l'appartement 2 , juste au niveau de la plage et d'une magnifique promenade , je recommande vraiment!!

We had an incredible stay in Podstrana, the apartment was in an amazing location, right on the beach. Very quiet, walkable to lovely restaurants. A quick uber or bus ride into Split but it was nice to be in a quieter, peaceful area. The apartment was clean, had everything we needed and the hosts were very friendly and accommodating.

The apartment building is located in Podstrana, footsteps away from the beach and boardwalk. The apartment is renovated and charming. Parking was a bit tricky but not impossible to fit in. If you are driving, do note that the traffic is slow most hours of the day to get to Split and coming back due to the single lane roads in each direction. The unit itself was clean and there were some thoughtful touches, however toiletries (e.g., shampoo, body wash) were not included in our unit, despite the property information stating inclusion. Our children (both under 6 years old) enjoyed the beach and eating on the terrace. We appreciated the unit's compact kitchenette and dishwasher so we were able to make our own meals. For 3 nights stay, we had to pay 24 euros cash upfront for the tourist tax and was charged for our kids as well (based on the property's fee information on expedia, children under 12 years old should be exempt). When we asked about it not matching the fee policy on expedia and the tourist tax info on the government of Croatia website, we were told that the websites were not updated. Overall, it was a good stay but felt that there was a lack of accuracy and principle regarding the tourist tax. Our experience was unfortunately impacted by this inconsistent information and issues with clarity, not the minor cost difference. In future cases, please ensure acccurate and consistent information on the fee policy of the tourist tax to improve guest satisfaction.

Sehr schöne Lage am Strand und sehr ruhig. Genügend Restaurants in der Nähe. Unterkunft sauber und traumhsfte Terrasse mit hochwertiger Ausstattung.

The apartment was lovely, spacious, clean and the view was phenomenal. We had the top floor, deluxe suite. Restaurants and bakery all walking distance. The AC worked very well. The only thing to note is kitchen could have been equipped a little better and there were no toiletries, so make sure you bring your own. We appreciated the washer and had our own detergent. Loved our stay, thank you.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lea's in the Deluxe Apartment. The inside felt smaller than the pictures, but the outdoor terrace was the show stopper. I wish that there were sun loungers on it however, as there was a lot of free space not being used. At the beach, we could use some chairs and parasols, which was great. Water shoes were a benefit for swimming as it was very rocky. The beds were comfortable. The kitchen was functional, but was missing a few amenities like a toaster and/or a microwave oven. The iron and ironing board were shared between appartements, which was a bit of a hassle. It was nice having two bathrooms. Communication with the owner was very good. The location close to split was very nice when the traffic was lighter, but getting around during rush hour was a challenge, sometimes taking an extra half an hour to leave the town. There was a bakery close by and markets a few minutes by car.

My family and I loved this apartment. It was very clean and directly on the water. The balcony was huge and very comfortable. There is a lovely restaurant next door that we enjoyed dinner on the night we arrived. We loved the area and would certainly go back.

Lea was a great communicator once we realized to use What's App. Place was clean and beach walk accessibility were a great bonus to be able to explore and see resteraunts from the water rather than the road.
