방은 사진보다 작아요. 조식은 매우 창렬. 와이파이 무용지물.

위치(메이단공원옆,돌무쉬들 가까움,흑해 해변가까움,흑해가 보이는 방과 조식식당,시끄럽지 않음), 방/욕실청결도, 관리, 조식...좋음. 쉬멜리수도원 투어는 옆에 있는 여행사 rafic tours에서 예약했음. 60리라/1인.

Great hotel to stay in. Location is ideal for walking around town with shops nearby. Staff of the Hotel were polite and helpful. The room was clean and pretty spacious. We enjoyed our brief stay and would not mind staying again there on our next visit. Thanks to the Staff once again.

Very good location and very good clean room

The place is immaculate, staff is welcoming, and it's rigth there in the center of town. Also, the breakfast is fantastic.

Good location. The breakfast room on the top floor was lovely, with views over the water and a wide selection of breakfast foods. AC worked great, bed was comfy, and bathroom fully equipped. Hotel staff were friendly and accommodating.

Bien situé au centre de Trabzon, l'hôtel dispose en fait d'un parking derrière. Ce qui est très précieux. Personnel attentionné, petit-déjeuner remarquable au cinquième étage avec vue sur la mer Noire.

It was very clean and close to the city center. The breakfast was lovely and the staff are super friendly.

Ruhiges Zimmer, gutes Frühstück mit Blick über die Stadt. Alles sauber und ordentlich, nur die Wasserrohre machen nachts Geräusche.

The breakfast is not buffet only one boiled and kettle cucumbers all day are same type id do not recommend stay in this hotel

Hotel is clean, location is good. However staff do not speak any other language and communication was bad. They do not have much control . Breakfast not reach and served cold. Noisy place and windows are not closing to avoid noise. Last we went as family, they put us in distanced rooms
