편안하게 잘 잤습니다.

Poorly repaired toilet paper holder. Drywall mud wasnt even sanded or painted. Painters tape on the shower wall. Kitchenette cabinets had something splattered all over them, carpet wasnt vacuumed under the table. Hair in the shower and on the floor.

the studio room was great! i am glad we found this place we will definitely be staying again! there was a hockey tournament which had a lot of kids in the halls but could not hear anything in the room. the rooms were very clean. the breakfast was actually decent for complimentary!

Clean room, kids loved the pool, close to the Sensplex for a tournament and tons of shopping/restaurants.

I took my children to play at the pool. There was a group of kids there pouring soap in and around the pool making it extremely dangerous to walk or swim. My son fell and hurt his shoulder and my daughters eyes burned from the soap. They also put all of the towels for the swimmers into the pool. My children were so intimidated by the behaviours that they wouldn’t swim. The reason why I booked this hotel was mainly because of the pool and my children were too scared to use it. Extremely sad and disappointing. I wish there staff around that kept an eye on the pool situation.

Room was great! Food was good. Must remember to stay in the upper floors though due to the overhead washroom sounds and kids running the lower halls

Room was a good size, had decent amenities in the kitchen area, extra blankets and pillows. Bed was comfortable. I did find that after the two days of showering my skin was very dry, not sure if that was the water or the bodywash provided. Breakfast options were good as well.

The staff were friendly, the breakfast was good options and quantity, and the location was great right off the 417 highway. Parking was easy and convenient.

Spacious,clean room. Bed was very comfortable. Breakfast had a great variety. Great location to see event at Canadian Tire place. Good variety of restaurants close by.

paid for a 2 queen room, was given a 1 kingbed with pull out couch, without any price difference property was salt at entrance hallways rooms

The room was a good size and comfortable for two adults and two kids. The pool, they’re not huge, was fun to have and the kids really enjoyed it. Staff was friendly and accommodating.
