전체 평가 및 리뷰 Hampton Inn & Suites Silverthorne

Property has bags of mulch laying out, working on landscape. Elevator was under construction and insulation was exposed. Becca the manager was very RUDE! It was my understanding parking was free. She charged me extra for parking! I wasn’t even able to park in handicap, people parked wherever. I addressed this with her. Her response was, “So you want your receipt”?

Worse Hampton Inn I ever stayed at. Breakfast was bad. The staff not friendly. Won't stay there again

They were remodeling so the smell of paint was bad outside the room. The room was clean. And staff was nice. Breakfast was great No parking. Coming in late at night felt unsafe

Nice hotel in Dillon, easy access to the highway. Restaurants were near by. Copper Mt ski area close by as well.

We were there for medical appointments and the hotel was convenient. It was in a good central location.

The room was nice and clean. I really enjoyed the breakfast, great variety.

We had to switch rooms as the shower only “spit” water. Also there was a dirty washcloth left from the previous occupants. And the check out person Kathy was a witch…

I finally got a chance to stay here and was a bit disappointed. Peeling wall paper, warped molding but most annoying was how noisy it was. I could hear vehicles outside and the heard of elephants in the room above...and the shower wasn't very warm.

Stay was perfectly fine for 1 night. My issue is they charge for parking. Didn't even notice until I checked my credit card statement later and noticed a charge. Its an hotel off the interstate. There is no parking garage or security gates. There are many adjoining businesses that share the same parking lot. They never mentioned it when I checked in or checked out. Ridiculous.

Excellent location and friendly staff. I don’t like the fact that they sneak in a parking fee without even letting you know. Be careful about that

Convenient location, clean, quiet and safe

This was a great stay in Silverthorne. The front desk folks were very kind and helpful. The pool and hot tub were clean and nice. Room was quiet, clean and had all amenities I needed. Great stay for a fair price, and close to so many ski resorts.

Nice hotel near skiing. John at the front desk was excellent and so friendly. He made suggestions for shopping nearby.

This hotel is convenient to get to and just a short drive from all the ski resorts. The lobby and shared areas were all very clean and similar to most Hampton. The room itself was clean but did have a few stains on carpet but nothing terrible. BUT the best part about this place was the staff. My young daughter woke up sick in the early early hours and the front desk staff went above & beyond getting us water and hydration packets. Then the staff that came on in morning was just as gracious. Very kind and impressive. I would stay here again for sure.
