자동차없이 짤츠부르그 여행이 주목적이신 분들은 절대 추천하지 않습니다. 짤츠에서 자동차로 30분 정도 떨어진 아주 시골마을에 위치해 있습니다. 그러나 근처 베르히테스가덴의 이글스 네스트있는 산을 간다면 가까운 위치의 아파트형 호텔입니다. 주인도 친절하고 시골집 개조하고 옆에 다시 룸들을 새로지어서 깨끗하고 앞마당의 주차공간, 룸안에 작은 부엌있습니다. 한적한 시골풍경마을의 친척집에 놀러온듯한 소박한 느낌의 숙박을 원하시면 괜찮은 곳입니다. If you focus to see Salzburg only, I don't recommend this hotel because it is quite remoted small villeage of country from Salzburg(22km, half hour by car). But if you go to Berchtesgaden's Eagles nest or cycling, good place to stay.Owner lady is kind.It is a renovated country house and new build up rooms are clean.free parking and small kitchen in room.Nice place to enjoy small country view and house.

The room was so clean, neat and cozy. The view outside the window was picturesque. The kitchen utensils are hygenic. Above all, Karin's kindness and delicate sense was special. I want to visit again.

If you had a car,it was good location.The villa was very clean and wide to use that.Our family had a good time.

주인 Karin의 서비스가 정말 마음에 와 닿는 서비스였습니다. 3년 전에 지었던 건물말고 저희가 머문 곳은 증축한 건물이었고 지은지 2주일 밖에 되지 않는 건물의 방이었는데 가구, 장식 하나하나에 주인의 정성이 들어있었습니다. 솔직히 비슷한 가격 대의 독일과 다른 오스트리아 호텔에 비해서 몇배는 더 마음에 든 장소였습니다. 음식을 해 먹을 수 있도록 시설이 완비되어 있는 것도 가족여행에 큰 장점이었고 짤츠브르크에서 차로 30분 거리에 있는 것도 큰 장점이었습니다. 단 렌터카가 없으면 찾아가기 좀 어려운 위치에 있습니다.

잘츠부르크 인근 아드넷이라는 작은마을에 위치한 아늑한 숙소입니다. 최근 신축한 신관에서 지내는 동안 너무 편하고 행복하게 지낼수 있었습니다. 아침에 산책하며 예배당 근처 빵집에 들러 맛있는 빵도 먹을 수 있어 좋았습니다. 좋은추억 만들수 있어서 감사했습니다. 다만, 호텔스닷컴 제시금액과 계약서상 금액은 확인이 필요합니다. 별도 지불해야할 금액이 있다는걸 체크인 할때 확인되어 적잖게 당황했었네요!

Very clean and confortable house also very nice host. It was good experience stating in Karin Villa. The location is only accessible by car.

잘츠부르크 시내에서는 30분 거리.다소 멀지만 차가 있다면 적극 추천할 만큼 조용한 주변 환경에 깨끗하고 모든 것이 잘 준비된 아파트.가족여행이라면 더옶이 좋을 듯.

위치, 숙소 상태 모두 최고였습니다.. 특히 빼어난 자연 경관은 정말 인상깊었습니다

가족과 함께한 여행이었는데 빌라 카린 너무 좋았습니다. 카린은 예쁜 쥔장 이름을 따서 지었다네요. 남편분이 직접 지은 집이구요.. 조용하고 아늑해서 산책하기도 좋았어요. 새집에 빌트인도 훌륭하고.. 식기며 커틀러리 모두 세심하게 고른 듯했어요. 카린 쥔장도 넘 친절하게 배려해줘서 감사했구요.. 짤츠부르크나 장크트 길겐, 바트 이슐 모두 가까운 거리라 다음에 또 이용할 계획입니다.

The apartment was totally renovated recently and looks gorgeous. Karin is an amazing hostess. She made two phone calls to a hotel where I had left some items and texted me to keep me in the loop. I highly recommend this lodging!

Super liebe Eigentümerin, einfache und unkomplizierte Kommunikation, haben gleich am Anfang Tipps für Unternehmungen bekommen. Zimmer in top Zustand, wie neu und sehr geschmackvoller Stil. Gerne wieder! :)

從慕尼黑出發到那距離有點遠，提前2個小時告知飯店我們時間可能會晚點，希望等我們一小時，當時的回應讓我們傻眼直接回答不行後，掛我們電話，過了一回會兒我們再試圖打去溝通說願意多付錢請他等我們一小時，態度隨即又不同，這樣的服務說真的感覺很差，房間很漂亮舒適，非常喜歡，但還是對這次住宿留下很差的印象，這是我們這趟德國行碰到最差的服務

Karin’s place is AMAZING! Easy drive to Salzburg. Karin is a wonderful host and made sure we had maps, information. She answers emails very quickly. The laundry is an added bonus. I would return over and over.

We loved everything about our stay. Karin was a wonderful host and extremely helpful. The apartment was very clean and everything we needed was provided. Loved the village of Adnet with a little local supermarket, larger supermarkets 5 minutes away by car and Salzburg only 20 minutes away by car with a very easy Park & Ride facility if preferred.

A bit tricky to find initially but Karin was really helpful when we first arrived and the apartment was great for our family 2 day stay. The village is very limited in terms of eating out but very handy for getting into Salzburg by park and ride. Also a relatively short drive to the Eagle’s Nest.

Very good. If we go to Salzburg next time,I will stay there.

Struttura nuova , ben arredata e pulita . Posizione ottima per visitare Salisburgo e non solo . Fantastica per i runner .
