Normally good! Even though this hotel is not reached perfect to my expectation but I can recommand to others.

Intercontinental did not disappoint:) We are used to the Embassy Suites and while the buffet breadsticks is better there, this hotel is immaculately kept and the service was great! Clean and the bathroom was beautiful! Will return!

I was very disappointed, though staff were very friendly and made efforts to fix the situation. In a 5 star hotel, beds were extremely uncomfortable, hard, felt old and to top off had a roach in my room.

Las camas tenían un perfume muy fuerte. La habitación limpia. Estábamos en el piso 22, pero no nos informaron que había en el piso 21 un happy hours de 6 pm en adelante así que no lo disfrutamos y un lugar para desayunar hasta las 11. Volvería a quedarme ya sabiendo esto. El spa super genial, la Sra Sara excelente. El salón deben limpiarlo mejor, estaba muy sucio y con mal olor.

The property HAD a horrible humidity smeñl from the moment you enter and the AC in the room doesn't cool at all. Was hoping for a better atmosphere.
