No aircon no TV but its ok but boiler still filled with water and socks was left from previous occupants. Was horrified and wondering why the toilet was in such condition... until I took a shower.. shower area was flooding and was flow towards basin. tiles was pop up. horrible experience. Able to hear tenants above walking and the wood squeaking sound. Only good was the location and near to light tram. there's room service daily but we did not request for it but the other rooms looks clean so I cant comment on that area
