Limpieza, nuevo, personal amable

Nous avions pris une chambre avec Balcon et un très grand lit. Quand nous sommes arrivés on nous a proposé une chambre certes avec balcon mais deux plus petits lits très bruyante. J’ai été obligée d’aller en réception exprimer mon étonnement ils nous changé de chambre et nous ont au final mit une chambre de prix inférieur : certes un très grand lit comme prévu mais sans balcon. Nous avons donc payé pour une chambre plus chère mais avons eu une qui valait moins cher. La chambre était correcte. Le lit confortable. Pas de baignoire tant pis. En revanche nous avons voulu profiter de ce pourquoi nous étions là aussi : la piscine et le jacuzzi La piscine n’est pas chaufée contre toute attente approximativement à 20/23 degrés. Je n’ai pas pu rentrer dedans. Ensuite le jacuzzi des cheveux flottant une eau très trouble. Qu’est-il y a eu ? Étant enceinte je n’ai pas pris le risque d’aller dans l’eau ! Je suis extrêmement déçue d’avoir passé deux nuits dans cet hôtel et surtout d’avoir payé ce prix là alors que bien d’autres hôtels moins cher valent le coup. Nous avons voulu nous faire plaisir pour la fin de notre voyage en prenant une chambre plus chère qui n’en valait pas le coup. Le clou du spectacle fut le petit déjeuner : servi sur des tables hautes dans le hall d’entrée, couverts et gobelets en plastique qui cassent dès qu’on étale du beurre ..! La qualité du service n’est pas en adéquation avec un 4 étoiles ou même avec le descriptif sur hôtel.com

No es un hotel. Es un condominio con recepción y desayuno. No hay ni un bar. Buena zona pero no apto para negocio

Good option, pretty good location. My sugestión regarding the breakfast is to have different options.

The views from the upper floors are beautiful. The room was a good size and had big windows. They have a weird rule about no alcohol in the public areas so it's a shame you can't enjoy a beer by the pool. Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Todo estuvo muy bien. Es limpio, bien ubicado y muy cómodo. A tener en cuenta que no es un hotel, es service Apartment. No está señalizado, es edificio de departamentos. No tiene ron service. Si se limpia a diario. El estacionamiento está sujeto a disponibilidad y se cobra por aparte. Un mix entre hotel y Airbnb. Si lo anterior se ajusta a sus necesidades, esta increíble! Las amenidades también!

Hotel esta mais para um flat. O box do banheiro estava vazando. A localização é ótima. Boas roupas de cama.
