Clean

The 2 young people who worked the front desk -David on day shift and the wonderful young lady on night shift. They were both very kind and super helpful!

There was an odor in the room, the AC constantly made noise and the bathroom room would get stuck while closing.

Friendly staff, everything was clean!

The lady that works at the restaurant Mayra Gonzalez is great! she is just amazing doing her job she she enjoys it

All the good restaurants and shops are in walking distance from the hotel.

Staff excellent! While things were shiny lots of smaller things were broken, missing, scuffed or marred. Nice new carpet but loose /broken bathroom tile. Great showerhead but approx 18" of missing caulk near floor. Floor transition was was too short & bent at doorway. Crushed wall lamp shade (reported 3 times) Assortment of tea but no hotwater in lobby. Again, staff were all lovely!

Close to highway, there was some noise

The walls are paper thin,you can hear everyone's conversations, no breakfast,or room service,the restaurant food & Starbucks coffee was bad tasting and low quality for the price and the room smelled like cigarettes. Very disappointing. Don't book here if you want to relax expecting room service.
