Good room. Nice service and very very comfortable.

nice ryokan type hotel with good view of the lake. the staff were friendly. they serve you with hot tea and a piece of cookie when you arrive. breakfast was yummy but not buffet type. only can add more rice. just enough to fill your stomach. a short walk to the right takes you to a better view of mount fuji. no shops in the evening. only a few souvenir shops to the left within walking distance, and lawson. room was clean. no laundry facility. free yukata to wear.

Excellent 10 out of 10 (10/10). Dinner very good. Staff very kindness. Place very nice and beautiful view; we can see Mt. Fuji from window'room.

A great hotel to stay with family. :) I am holiday with my husband and daughter. The staff at Asafuji hotel is really friendly and helpful. The room is so clean and the view from the room is wonderful. Thank you to the staff that really care about their guest. We will stay there again if we come back.
