Well it's an okay hotel.

We had a lovely stay. Walking distance to the gondola which takes you to Skalnate Pleso or Lomnicky stit. No complaints.

Schöner Aufenthalt im Haupthaus mit Bergblick und damit weg von der Hauptstraße. Modern und neu eingerichtetes Zimmer mit kleinem Balkon und kleinem Fluss direkt vorm Haus, den man angenehm hört bei offenem Fenster. Gutes Frühstück u Essen. Nicht weit zur Bergbahn

Flot hotel med meget venlig personel, 7 min gang (i skistøvler) til en af de skilifter. Tekøkken havde alt vi havde brug for til et par enkelte retter vi lavede. Restauranten til morgenmad og aftensmad er virkeligt godt. Men desværre er der lidt udvalg til os som spiser vegetar - der var kød også i alle eller næsten alle varme retter. Der er uforståeligt at hver morgen skal der være bacon, salami, skinke og pølser - som pålæg, i alle kolde salater og varme rette(;samt æggerette) men ikke en eneste vegetar salat eller wrap uden kød eller kartofler. Der findes også mange kød erstatninger man kan tilbyder - og de kan købes i hvert slovakisk butik.

Vi har været i en super god hôtel-lejlighed- med et lille køkken og særskilt soveværelse. Sengen var lidt slidt. Internettet var fint og hotellet lå tæt på by og bjerge

Almost everything in the room is with wood furniture. It’s clean, quiet and comfortable with beautiful Mountain View. It’s also close to the train station with 10 minutes walk. The staff is very helpful and speak good English. The bathroom is too dark.

For all of the above

Very comfortable- we had a small apartment and it was a great space to relax in at the end of the day. Everything in Tatranska Lomnica was walkable from the hotel.

Dinner at the restaurant was really great. Plsen draft beer on tap. Breakfast was sub standard. Lunch only after 2pm.

Stayed there with 2 kids, very nice apartment with main building located close to cable car to Lomnicky štít. Apartment clean and comfy 5*, definitely come back in winter

Velká spokojenost, skvělý servis, velmi dobré snídaně a večeře, opravdu jsme si to užili.

Skvěle situovaný hotel, dostupnost úžasná. Měli jsme jedinečný pokoj s výhledem na hory. Díky tomuto výhledu si nás hotel jednoznačně dostal. Příjemný a ochotný personál.

Schönes Hotel mit guter Ausstattung. Top Lage... Leider wurden die Wege Innerhalb der Anlage nicht geräumt! HOHE Unfallgefahr durch eisglatte Wege! Wellnessbereich war trotz Zusage nicht kostenfrei nutzbar!

I am unhappy. While Stenley & Barbara on your front desk staff have been beyond kind most helpful and perfect examples of excellent hospitality. We booked this property specifically because it promised a jacuzzi on site. Promotional photos of the property show all sorts of spa facilities. I have a knee injury and at the end of each day really needed to relieve some of the pain in the hot water of a bath or jacuzzi. Upon arrival. Shower only in the room and NO JACUZZI - broken. Ok bad luck. Morning of day 2, I asked about the jacuzzi. Still not fixed OK. Bad luck. Morning of day 3 I asked about the jacuzzi. Still broken... At this point is should be clear to staff I'm quite keen to use the jacuzzi. By the time we got back from sightseeing we discover the jacuzzi is fixed and every other guest in the hotel seems to have notification & ability to book time in the jacuzzi. When I inquired upon our return already there are no spots left booked solid for the entire evening. Now I must sit and watch happy guests in their robes march past my window on the way to/from a relaxing time in the jacuzzi. A hotel of this size and you inly have one jacuzzi? That's absurd. All of those lovely spa photos in the promotional photos? That's all at the property next door and we have to pay extra to use those facilities. That's misleading. We are leaving very early tomorrow morning. I'm quite unhappy about this and will be certain to leave a review to this effect on trip advisor and Hotels.com.

Large and well furnished apartment. Small but fully functional wellness center. Good position.

Not the best welcome to Slovakia, asked for bulbs to be changed in bathroom as it was dark, it never happened, room not cleaned although we left the sign on the door. Just a bit sloppy.

Great location in the mountains, walk to ski lifts and town.

Stayed with my 2 kids, very spacious apartment, lovely view mountain, great location- 5 minutes to ski resort. Lots of restaurant nearby- walking distance. Breakfast was delicious, mainly typical Slovakian type of food served. I'd welcome more choices of continental food for breakfast if you staying for longer period. Also more family tables were needed. Very polite and friendly staff.
