스플리트의 라비거리 바로 부근이면 너무 시끄러울것 같고 숙소 청결과 주차장 여부가 중요해서 이 숙소를 예매했습니다. 숙소는 모던하고 깨끗하고 주요관광지에 15분이내로 걸어다닐 수 있고 걸어가는 길에 큰 마트가 있어서 좋았습니다. 주차장이 있는데 4-6대정도 세울수 있는 작은 규모이고 늦게 도착했던것인지 이미 다 차있고 매우 비좁은 자리만 남아 차를 긁어 먹었네요 ㅠ 그 이벤트만 빼면 나무랄데없던 숙소였습니다.

위치는 올드타운에서 10분쯤 떨어진 곳이지만 이동이 불편하진않았어요. 숙소도 리모델링했는지 깨끗하고 모던했고 모든식기류도 관리가 잘되어있습니다. 시설내 주차장이 있어서 2박3일동안 걱정없이 돌아다닐수있었구요.대부분의 스플리트 도보이동가능해서 차쓸일없었습니다. 딱 하나..난방이 너무약해요.밤부터 너무추워서 가지고온 옷 모두입고잤습니다. 좀더정확히 작은방은 라디에이터가 커버가능한 작은사이즈여서 따뜻했고 그래서 아이들은 따뜻하게 재웠어요.화장실바닥..힛팅플로어가 유일한곳이어서 화장실바닥에서 잘까도 잠시고민했어요. 안방과거실은 라디에이터가 택도없네요. 화장실바닥이 따뜻해서 화장실들어갈때마다 몸이 녹는 그 기분.. 전체적인 서비스나 시설은 맘에드는곳입니다.

4인 가족이 지내기에 아주 좋은 구조입니다. 또한 주요 관광지 및 교통편과 거리가 가까워서 짧은 여행을 위한 숙박 장소로 적극 추천합니다.

주변에 시장과 편의점도 있어 좋았어요 호텔 수영장에서 아이와 보내는데 단조러움이 있어 물놀이용품은 필수입니다 그것 빼고는 좋았읍니다

네식구가 편안하게 쉴 수 있는 넓은 실내면적. 5성급 호텔에 못지 않게 고급스럽고 편리한 가구와 청결상태, 편안하고 아늑한 침구들 모든 것이 만족스러움. 생수와 슬리퍼 제공. 옥내 지하 주차장 있음. 구시가지까지 걸어서 5분 정도의 가까운 위치에 있음

체크인시 다른 숙소에서 온수를 다 써버리면 온수가 안나올수 있다고 말해주지 않아서 가족들 모두 온수 샤워를 못함.기다려서 온수가 나와도 몇분안에 찬물이 나오는 것으로 보아 정말 온수가 제대로 나오는지 의심스러움. 다음날 아침 온수를 기다리면서 체크아웃 시간을 연장해달라 했으나 직원들이 야멸차게 거절함.

처음엔 크게 기대하지 않았었는데 상상 이상으로 좋았음. 매우 친절하고 깨긋하였으며 훌륭한 시설이었음. 특히 인테리어의 세련미가 뛰어났음. 가족여행중에 이용했는데 모두가 만족하였음.

We had a fantastic stay at the Hotel Residences. The two-bedroom apartment was incredibly spacious, modern, and comfortable — perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The location couldn’t be better: tucked away in a quiet spot, yet only a short walk from Split’s Old Town with all its restaurants, attractions, and history right at your doorstep. The staff were outstanding. Tina and Antonia were always just a message away on WhatsApp, ready to answer any questions, give helpful tips, and even arrange restaurant reservations for us. Their attentiveness made our stay effortless and stress-free. A special mention goes to the hotel-owned restaurant, Magnus, located in the Old Town. It was by far the best meal we had during our entire trip — a true gem not to be missed. If you’re looking for the perfect balance of peaceful accommodation and close proximity to all the action, this is the place. Highly recommended, especially if you appreciate having a quiet retreat after the bustle and crowds of Split’s Old Town.

We had 2 nights here. It was a great base to explore Split. We had a 2 bed apartment. Very big and very modern! Beds were comfy and bathrooms were lovely. Communication was through Whatsapp which was super easy. Really recommend!
