Had a vehicle break in attempt and a crew of 30 tree planters were loud and drinking. Left the property before nightfall and wont be back. No refund offered. Lesson learned.

Staff was good. No heat thermostat in room. No heat on and it was 10 deg outside. I had to get a electric space heater from desk for room. You had to walk from room door to bed to turn on a light as the light switch by door didn't do anything. I had to give them a $200.00 damage deposit which I didn't expect. Will need to check next months credit card statement to make sure I get it back as there is a 5 day waiting period. One good thing was I got to check in early with no charge.

We had a comfortable, quiet stay for one night at an economical price. It would be a good place to stay if you want to prepare some meals and not eat at a restaurant three times a day. Our room had the largest refrigerator and freezer I've ever seen in an overnight accommodation (excluding rooms specifically designed for extended stays). It had a two unit hot plate, microwave, pots and pans, and utensils.

Was hard to get toiletries and basic items like towels and toilet paper as the cleaning staff barely checked in with us. The times they did they were very friendly, but could’ve been more attentive. No vending machines or ice machines so that’s a shame. Over all I kept the room clean as we stayed for a couple months so we enjoyed the room. Was a decent size room but would’ve preferred a queen over a double.

Rooms were clean, and stocked with pots, pans, cutlery and hot plate and refrigerator. But the wifi was horrible and couldn’t get an internet connection for anything, and tv wasn’t working. Even with contacting the front desk it wasn’t resolved and walls paper thin, could hear everything from room next door.

The rooms have freshly redone it's clean fresh bed change when asked with any trouble. Staff are great. This is my second stay this time was 2 days last week was 1 day. The Kitchen is fully stocked. Bring your own big bath towels as their's are small. Bring an extension cord for your curling iron or blow dryer as it doesn't allow access to the mirror. The price was very reasonable. The out side a bit run down but the inside where you sleep is well decorated. Bedsare comfortable with crisp clean sheets. I will be returning here every time I go to Grande Prairie. Restaurants across the street if you choose not to cook. Thanks for a great stay.

It was basic. The beds and bathroom were clean, the coffee machine and floor not so much. It has an exorbitant safety deposit and one of those lists of things you need to initial when checking in. That is probably a reflection on the clientele. I signed for not smoking in the room, yet the room smells of smoke. I also had room service barge into my room twice before checkout time. It served its purpose as a resting place during a road trip, but not a homely feel.

Just good enough, you get what you pay.

Would like it if they had vending machines and an ice maker. Overall, great room and staff

Clean and updated room, bathroom and kitchenette but paper thin walls and very noisy. You can clearly hear everyone talking in the adjacent room(s).

Close to the airport.. Comfortable. Nice kitchenette.

We were really stuck on the highway and were very grateful to find this place. Clean, spacious and wonderful front end staff.

Overall the condition of the suite was good...bathroom excellent...two gripes...all the lighting was over the beds and in the kitchen/bathroom...nothing in the entryway or by the desk/tv...also the wifi is terrible...kept going in and out...the desk staff confirmed this...btw the staff was great.

The room interior design is just perfect however, the washroom has a very unpleasant scents that my nose refuses to smell. I try my best to consider it and just don’t mind it but, the smell never leave. Is that really the natural smell from your washroom? The black chair smells like armpit and the coffee maker looks like never been touched for a decade. I need to wipe the dusty floor for my feet to be comfortable walking around. Theirs a stain in the pillow case and linen.
