아침식사(조식) 큰 문제가 있었다. 우리는 조식을 먹으려고 기다렸지만, 오전 7시반이 지나도 조식이 준비되지 않았습니다. 우리는 추가 비용을 사전에 지불하였지만, 조식을 이용하지 못했습니다. 조식비용 환불이 되어야 합니다, 나는 매우 불쾌하였으며, 반드시 개선이 되어야 한다고 생각합니다.

비싼 오슬로 물가를 감안했을 때 가격대비 전반적으로 양호합니다. 조식이 기대 이상이었고, 청결도도 양호합니다. 다만 중앙역에서 도보거리가 애매하고 트램 하차지점에서도 꽤 걸어야합니다. 주말은 조식이 8시부터라 일찍 이동해야하면 이용이 어렵습니다.

호텔 룸은 깨끗하고 화장실도 만족스러웠습니다. 다만 호텔 위치가 애매했고 방음이 잘 안되는 단점이 있었네요. 주말 밤에 매우 시끄러워 잠을 못잤습니다. 블라인드가 설치되어 있지 않은 방을 배정받아 생활하기가 불편했네요. 히터를 켰음에도 많이 추워 옷을 껴입고 잤습니다.

위치굿. 시설은 한국 모텔보다 못함. 가격도 비쌈 ㅠ

Everything is almost good!

I was given a top floor room facing the city. its right next to the akershus fort and easy access to restaurants and public transport

Stayed in a deluxe double room on 5th floor and it was modern, spacious and bright, with high ceilings, with a large bathroom. There was a small issue with the seal on the shower which meant water leaked out. The beds were really comfortable and we slept very well. Some noise from the Dubliner bar across the road on weekend nights meant it was loud even with window closed. Would be an issue for light sleepers. Room was not cleaned for the 4 days we were there (this was communicated in advance). Not an issue for us but could be for others. Some minor room issues like lightbulbs being broken, visible dust on wooden floors around the beds. A deeper clean may be needed between stays. Only dealt with staff when checking in and out and they were friendly, as well as cleaning staff in corridors who welcomed us. Communal reception areas were clean and cosy. We were able to leave bags when arriving and room wasn’t ready, as well as after check out. The location is great and just a few minutes walk to main central sights. For a private room, this price was very reasonable. A lot of the poorer reviews refer to dorms, which we did not stay in. Would not hesitate to stay here again based on the great value for money.

Veldig spartanske rom. Bitte små. Blandebatteriet på vasken var løst. Gardinene var litt avrevet.

Ophold 4 dage. Ingen rengøring. Måske overset kondition. Men beliggenheden meget fin midt i den gamle del af byen Tilfredsstillende for mit formål

Liten seng 1.50 😱og veldig små bade håndklær, badet var ikke rent eller tørket opp, ellers var lokalasjonen veldig nære til det meste

Easy check-in/out. Super central located within walking distance to a lot of main sights The double room was okay compared to the Price. Nice and clean.

Oppholdet var helt ok, men det var en del mangler som trakk ned. Rommet var generelt dårlig rengjort. Det manglet også enkle fasiliteter som glass og vannkoker, noe som ville gjort opplevelsen mer behagelig. Med litt mer fokus på renhold og små detaljer kunne opplevelsen vært mye bedre.

Room with lots of space for a family of four! And the proximity to many attractions and the harbor was premium!

Stayed i an economy standard room AT AUD250 per night, quite expensiv. Room was cramped, no drawers cupboards, bed lamp not working even though reported as faulty as soon as we booked in,. Not repaired 3 nights later when we booked out.Awkward access to room. Curtain torn. Other rooms may be better for all I know but probably the worst r00m I have stayed in. On the positive side, the staff were friendly and did their best.

Gammelt og slitt. Skittent i gangene. Støv på lampeskjerm på rommet og ikke lyspære i lampa. Dyrt i forhold til standard.
