Air conditioner did not work. It was over 100 degrees outside and the AC obviously needed attention.

Happy with this service

The only thing I didn’t like was the low toilet.

Clean, quiet, everything for kitchenette was already in our room, front desk was nice and helpful. Downside no pool

What was unique was how their TV/cable system didn't work in 2025. Two separate rooms and both TVs were stuck on one channel.

The tv didn’t work, and there was no soap in the shower….otherwise clean and cozy for my quick stay.

We had our dog with us and the property around the hotel to take her out is very well lit and clean. We have atayed here before several times and will stay again in the future.

The first room that they put me in they gave me the wrong key. Your maintenance man came to let me in and he told me that they typed in the wrong room number, but the handle of the front door was broken so move me a new new room that the TVs did not work And there is no hot water in the shower. Worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at.

I always stay there when I’m in Denver. I love it.

It is conveniently located to the vein and heart facility that I was having an operation at. There are tons of restaurants and even a Starbucks all within the area. The room is absolutely gorgeous and the fully furnished kitchenette provides everything you need to accommodate any food you might have or any food you want to make. Keep up the great work!!!

Great stay but beds were terribly uncomfortable. Would be great to have breakfast.

Keys to room 227 did not open the door. After my second set of keys alao faile to work, someone from the front desk came to the room and concurred that the door lock was faulty. She also told me they had been having trouble with the door lock for “awhile”. I was then given room 303 where the flapper valve in the toilet audibly leaked constantly and the refrigerator was very noisy and ran all night long. I finally got up at 5:00 AM and left.

Very positive experience. Lengthy stay here and only positive things to report. Clean and well kept.

Didnt know there was a $50 extra charge(retainer fee)for possible damages but otherwise it was a nice place

We stayed here for 3 nights. They had everything we need. Do note that this hotel does not provide breakfast. They do however provide free laundry, 3 washers and 3 dryers, didn’t have to wait if you do it at night. They could provide more dining wares, only provided 2 sets of everything which is only sufficient for one meal, we had to run the dishwasher after every meal, since they also did not provide dish sponge. The outlet mall is just next to the hotel although we did not visit, it’s very close to everything, plenty of fast food options, and a gas station right next to it. Will definitely choose to stay at Candlewood Suites again.
