Nothing more than a garden shed. Beds uncomfortable. Sink leaked. Bathroom had signs of mould. Wouldn’t recommend

The property i booked feel like home and very good place to stay.

Ist time in a hostel and was very impressed with the accommodation and facilities.

The room was smelly and had no aeration. A bit more dtergent and fabric softer wouldn't be bad, giving guests a fan would be nice too

Acceptable basic accommodation

I had a ensuite room, was nice and quiet and nice touch to have outside seating, staff super friendly, rooms could do with some updating but it is a hostel. Bed was comfortable, a nice to have would be instructions on how to use the heater as it did get a little chilly at night. Overall a good stay. Nothing to do with the hostel, but can be tricky to find places to eat on a Monday night.

It was a little noisy at night with the bars that were near. It was clean and a few steps off the royal mile shopping Street.

Lovely wee place to stay for a night. Great location for visiting Glen Affric. All amenities available. Clean and cute.

Basic but had all the amenities we needed for a 1 night stay. Some reviews say no hot water but we had two hot showers and had no issues. No toiletries is fine for a hostel but hand soap would have been helpful. Good location and parking available at the back of the property. Overall it was fine but two main issues: 1) we were both itching after sleeping in the bed - not sure if this is because of low quality bedding or bugs. 2) The lock box made it easy to check in but the front and back door isn’t locked, even at night so it didn’t feel very secure. Had I been staying alone I think I would have felt quite unsafe. There was a kitchen and lounge but we didn’t use them as the instructions didn’t indicate they were shared areas. Additionally, the green fire exit light in the room was very bright with the light off and so I slept with an eye mask. Only 1 thin pillow per person.

The hot shower felt like a massage. It was the best part of the stay. The ease of the key/check-in and -out was also very convenient.

Property is in central location in village, accommodation is basic and TV was not connected.

Extérieur sale (plastiques et vieille chaussette devant la porte, moquette du couloir très sale, cuisine crasseuse). Notre chambre avait une salle de bain pleine de moisissures. Nous l'avons signalé et on nous a changé de chambre. Nous avons été réveillés à 1h30 du matin par des gens qui essayaient de rentrer dans notre chambre. Le self check in permet au propriétaire d'éviter les plaintes en face à face. Très mauvais rapport qualité prix. Une arnaque à mon sens.

Clean and spacious ensuite room. Easy check in and ample parking at back. The bed was hard and lacking comfort. Shower and washroom were clean. I would have liked a hot water tap in the bathroom sink. Enjoyed our stay

This was a quaint place to stay that was within walking distance of a cute cafe and shops. The wifi wasn’t very reliable unless you were near the closest outside wall, but worked well there. Overall, it was clean enough, the TV had cable, and the beds weren’t too uncomfortable. I would recommend staying here again!

Good location, nice room. Needs to provide instructions for using the TV and shower as we couldn't get either working on arrival - luckily met the cleaner 2nd day and he sorted the problems. No hot tap for the bathroom sink. Well equipped kitchen area for preparing meals. Good lounge with lots of comfy seating.

The property had the basics for a comfortable stay, however, it could have been a little bit cleaner.

Private rooms were cozy and clean, very lovely accommodation! In a cute but very very very tiny town on lochness. highly recommend!
