전체 평가 및 리뷰 Mangala Estate Boutique Resort

호텔 내 레스토랑 가격은 5성급이지만, 품질, 맛, 다양성은 기껏해야 3~4성급 수준입니다. 조식 뷔페는 세계 각국의 수준은 아니었고, 이틀 동안 묵어보니 그다지 만족스럽지 않았습니다. 직원들의 친절함은 칭찬할 만합니다. 대부분의 사람들이 그런 곳에서 프라이빗한 휴식을 원하기 때문에, 객실 안내에 인접한 빌라가 있는지 명확하게 명시해 주면 좋을 것 같습니다. 전용 수영장은 훌륭하지만, 밖에 있는 사람들이 줄지어 늘어선 식물 사이로 안을 들여다볼 수 있어서 진정한 프라이버시를 보장하지는 않습니다. 대신 키 큰 울타리를 사용하는 것이 좋을 것 같습니다.

말레이시아에는 개인 수영장이 있는 호텔이 급증하고 있습니다. 망갈라를 다른 곳과 차별화하는 것은 바로 서비스 수준입니다. 서비스는 말레이시아 호텔 업계에서 가장 간과되는 측면일 것입니다. 저는 소위 "브랜드" 호텔에 묵어본 적이 있는데, 직원들의 기계적인 업무 방식에 실망했습니다. 망갈라 직원들은 잘 훈련되어 있으며, 고객들에게 개인 맞춤형 서비스를 받고 있다는 느낌을 주기 위해 최선을 다합니다. 제 예약과 관련하여 약간의 혼란이 있었는데, 제가 특정 객실 유형을 선택한 이유를 설명하자 프런트 데스크의 Fyda가 훌륭하게 처리해 주었습니다. 저는 커튼이 삐뚤어지거나 구석에 먼지가 쌓이는 것과 같은 사소한 것에도 신경 쓰는 까다로운 고객이지만, 망갈라 에스테이트 부티크 리조트에서의 숙박은 매우 만족스러웠습니다. 리조트의 아름다운 분위기와 음식의 질뿐만 아니라 서비스만으로도 다시 찾게 될 것입니다. 그리고 곧 다시 찾게 되기를 바랍니다!

Suasana tenang & nyaman. Kami stay di amani villa. Ada private pool. Bilik bersih dan lengkap segala kemudahan. Cuma tv channel x brapa memuaskan. Staf ramah dan banyak membantu. Akan kembali lagi. Terbaik.

여행 당일에 막판에 예약했는데, 호텔 측에서 제 모든 요청을 들어주셨어요. 정말 만족스러운 3일을 보냈고, 앞으로도 다시 방문할 거예요! 조식은 종류가 많지는 않았지만, 양보다는 질에 더 중점을 두셨어요. 서비스도 훌륭했고, 숙박도 즐거웠어요!

amazing manager pierre! she went extra miles to make me happy on my birthday! the aircond leaked and flooded in my villa and she made sure she made everything memorable. her personality and action is really commedable!

The place is excellent. Love the morning breeze and the quiet surroundings. bunch of activities for kids. However the place is only for those who is 1 with nature. We have no complaints of the insects and lizards. It's our 3rd time staying here.

Excellent customer service, they just hired a new chef and the food there had great improvements. Room is top notch.

The room is the best. With the private pool and all. The tranquillity 5 star. Very good for private and romantic get away the staffs are very friendly and informative but the breakfast part is disappointing. They should have buffet for breakfast regardless of how many occupants..need to wait more than 30 minutes for food after we order

정말 완벽한 호텔이었어요. 주변 환경도 아름답고 서비스도 최고였어요. 객실도 최고였고, 수영장도 정말 넓었어요. 기념일에 깜짝 케이크도 받았어요. 정말 감사합니다. 꼭 다시 올게요.

While the rooms and facilities are perfect, what could have been a getaway to heaven, turned sour cause they charged on my room something I didn't order and taking them too long to admit to their mistake. Still waiting though. They only contacted me via email and waited for me, to call them. It was very upsetting and I felt cheated. They even reprinted a whole new fake receipt! They can't provide me with a receipt that was signed by me. Dear mangala resort, whenever you guys are ready for that apology, I am here. U could learn a thing or 2 on customer service from hard rock hotels. So so sad since we really love the resort, even extended our stay another night and upgraded ourselves to the room with private pool and also already planning to return next month.

Everything was perfect at Mangala Resort & Villa for our honeymoon stay. We stay at Vana Villa and the room was so nice and lovely. The resort team has arrange the necessary amenities for your special occasion. We also had spa service at the spa. Overall we enjoyed our stay. Thanks Mangala Resort & Spa especially all the staffs.

Such a lovely hotel. Me and my husband stay there for just one night but we will coming back to this hotel. The private pool is the best thing ever. We have such a nice time there. The staff also are very friendly and always smiling and greeting us.

Spacious room with nice view of lake. Perfect hospitality and service from the staff. Rent bicycle and tour the whole resort. Its awesome.

It was my impromptu vacation as i was in kuantan to send my little brother to his workplace. We booked the resort on the same day as check in date. It was superb. The view was amazing. We stay at Jala Villa. I'm really impressed by the hospitality. We definitely come back!
