It was not bad. They are kind and nice. They has not big space for parking lot. But it was pretty cleaned inside and was nice

Dirty hotel and terrible noise from next door. Fxxxx sound early in the morning

Old, broken, and wasted wallpapers and tiles on the floor and walls, not very clean. For the price, it is not a good stay.

Good area, just needs for weekend

The rooms are extremely small, not well maintained. The worst part, the place doesn't have parking space for big cars and you can't find parking nearby. The area is not safe either.

This is a ghetto motel not a hotel. The area seems unsafe and dirty.

I loved my staying here! The cleaning service, the people who work there and everything was great! The only thing I didn’t like was the area, a little sketchy but it’s not the hotel’s fault at all even tho I felt safe inside the hotel. I’m definitely coming back!

The person greeting us at check in was friendly and efficient. It went downhill from there. The room was very noisy, sheets were crunchy, and the hair dryer didn’t work. The front desk didn’t open until 9am. The self service coffee machine in the lobby didn’t work. I tried to get a working one at 9am but the front desk didn’t open. We checked out with wet hair and no person at the desk.

Easy and straight forward check in. They don't discriminate or look at you funny.

Great experience will definitely be coming back soon !

Metropolitan Inn& Suites was perfect and close for our project, the stayed was pleasant and the room was always clean, great coffee and nice patio at front. We enjoyed.

There's no parking and it's in the worst neighborhood you could possibly imagine! If you have to walk in that neighborhood night you'll probably end up dead. One of the biggest s*** holes I ever found!

For 250 a n8ght I expect a clean and well maintained space. Stairwell walls were dirty and unpainted. The room was bice but again the bathroom doir was dirty and stapled.together.

Deposit kept because it took 45 mins to clean the room.

Deposit was kept with no reason given.

Fantastic stay other than the difficulty parking, though the staff was super helpful and work with you if you can manage getting there early enough to secure a parking spot.

Exelente Estancia, hotel muy bueno sus habitaciones remodeladas camas amplias, muebles modernos todo súper arreglado con todos los equipos maquina de café , microondas, refrigerador todo nuevo el baño súper moderno y limpio y con todo los aseos necesarios

I like that it was small hotel, friendly and quiet. Secure parking and offered what was posted on website.
