Allt var bra förutom maten var okej och ingen transport från flygplatsen till hotellet.

Buffet schlecht Personal manche sprechen keine fremdsprachen. Vollpension nicht was ich erwarten habe. Also 100 euros ist zuviel für das service. Wurde nicht mal 50 euros ausgeben

Tricky management I had reservations which they claimed it was not confirmed and made me buy a room then I wound up paying twice for that night The all inclusive food had no taste

I am writing to share my recent experience during my stay at Wind Of Lara Hotel, which unfortunately did not meet my expectations. Firstly, I noticed that payments are only accepted in Euros, which could pose a challenge for American guests. Upon our arrival, we encountered a manager who was quite unprofessional and unwelcoming. It was apparent that tipping significantly influenced the level of service received; without it, we felt a distinct lack of respect. Additionally, the housekeeping standards were disappointing. We found that bathrooms were not cleaned adequately, and our pillowcases were not changed over the course of five days. Moreover, we were provided with only one key card for our room, regardless of the number of guests. The dining options were also underwhelming. We experienced a lack of variety, as the same meals were repeatedly served for both lunch and dinner. Given these issues, I regret to say that I would not recommend this hotel to fellow travelers, especially those from the U.S. Our seven-night stay turned out to be quite frustrating, and I feel it did not justify the price we paid. I hope improvements can be made for future guests.

Wonderful resort, has everything you could ask for - mostly everything you could ask for was inclusive. Cleanliness, views, activities, food, and ambience - everything was spot on. Qualifies as a 5 star resort. The only star reason I’ve given it 4/5 is because some of the staff could be nicer and friendlier - this was missing from certain counters.

Har bott på detta hotell flera gånger. Nu upplevde jag det som rörigt, ointresserad personal förutom mannen med flätor i baren. Receptionens personal (inte kvinnan) verkar trötta och ointresserade av gäster. Maten betydligt sämre jämfört med andra hotell som jag bott på i augusti.

Standards are not very high. It‘s a average hotel. Nothing bad to mention, but could be better

I absolutely LOVED this hotel! The friendly staffs hospitality, care, respect was amazing. I loved the wide variety and selection of authentic dishes, the cleanliness of the food, and the amazing entertainment crew. Thank you Wind of Lara!

Det var veldig fint. Rommet hadde god plass, fint bad, veldig fin bade basseng, deilig mat, det eneste som var dårlig (og enkelt) at tallerkener og glass var ikje rene, de ble ikke vasket bra.

It’s ok. Amazing stuff!

We spent a wonderful week in this hotel. The staff was amazing, very kind and helpful in every situation. They offered a lot of services and events for adults and kids too. We really appreciated the show time every evening and the Turkish dinner two times. The hotel has a bus to take the guests to the beach but to be honest the private beach is really close so it was nice to take a walk.
