너무 좋아요. 조식 완전 맛있어요. 야시장이랑 버스 정류장까지 픽업 서비스도 해주시고 직원분들이 모두 다 정말 친절하세요. 그리고 라인으로 소통할 수 있어서 너무 좋았습니다. 스쿠터 대여서비스 연계도 해주시고 너무나도 즐거운 여행이었었습니다.

All staffs were very friendly and provide best service while we are staying. You can borrow the electronic motocycle if you asked without heading to the downtown, and you can request the shuttle car if you need pick-up and sending service when check-in. The breakfast was so delicious and sail rock beach is closed to the villa.

I stayed at this hotel a week ago. I got burned on my legs and arms while riding a scooter. Then the hotel staff provided the medicine, I was able to do first aid. The kindness of the hotel staff was impressive. The pickup service to the night market was also good. The afternoon tea time from 3.p.m. to 5 was awesome. Kending trip could be more enjoyable because of this hotel. I am missing my time at this hotel. If i go back to Kending, I will stay this hotel.

The room was excellent, clean and spacious no 8ssues what as ever. But the most expectional value is with the staff and Management. This is our second time staying at 4 Sisters and the customer service was every bit as good as our first stay. Jenny at Reception was super friendly and the Owner Irene was extremely helpful. Great people!

莊園裡的植栽整理得很棒，接待人員笑容可掬很溫暖，房間設計很喜歡，雖然沒吃到滿心期待的早餐buffet,但貼心的roomservice準備的早餐非常豐盛，口味也很棒，有機會會想再入住

非常完美的飯店！ 唯一能在改善的地方就是枕頭有點太硬了！

Very beautiful hotel with four cottages, lovely environment, and wonderful settings. Not in the busy main street but have shuttles to the main street, so very quiet but convenient. Breakfast is fantastic, they even offer welcome ice-cream. Highly recommended!

早餐很棒,但是第二天..失望 我包棟兩天花了六萬多... 我認為是可以再改善 服務小姐可以隨時注意補給 早餐到了去很多餐點都沒了. 我提醒小姐注意補給至少三樣， 我有提醒，但是等很久， 直到我離開餐廳，有些許還是沒補。 對我英國家人感到有點抱歉. 我看他們去烘烤了幾片吐司咬了幾口就離開... 飲品可以標示一下，黑咖啡跟薑母茶顏色一模一樣，表示清楚會更好 ，才不會造成浪費。有的人不敢喝薑母茶。

照片比實體設施好很多，民宿風很大，下午到達之後才告知廚房沒開，所以沒有食物吃，一直餓到晚上。等到6:30pm shuttle bus服務送到墾丁大街，但開的店很少，這裡沒什麼好吃的。風很大，整晚的風聲呼嘯不停。

Clean and friendly hotel close to the sea with excellent service. We enjoyed our spacious room and the only drawback was that the "private garden" was a rather small terrace.

Staff very helpful and friendly. Breakfast was excellent. Owner was there greeting and chatting with guests during breakfast. Beach was across the road from the hotel and they provide free shuttle for guests to the night market.

＜概要＞ VILLAなので、ホテルとは違い別荘気分を味わえる。 スタッフも高いホスピタリティでまさに「自宅に帰ってくる」感覚で利用できた。 また、朝食はおかゆやルーローハンなど台湾のメニューが充実してどれも美味しかった。また、個人的にはベトナムコーヒーが飲めたのが嬉しいサプライズだった。 ＜ロケーション＞ 南湾や小彎からは少し離れているが、プールが無い分、むしろ出歩く気分にさせられた。 未成年のいる家族での移動は事実上タクシーになるが、タクシーの配車依頼など、ホテルスタッフとのコミュニケーションがLINEで出来るのはありがたかった。 （尚、Uberも利用可能だが、私は音声通話付きのSIMを持っていなかったので、現地でのSMS認証が出来ず利用できなかった） ＜施設＞ 清掃は十分に行き届いており、トイレや風呂の設備も日本と変わらないクオリティだった。一方、庭のテーブルやベンチなどは湿度のためか傷んでいるものが多かったのが残念だった。 ＜最後に＞ これはホテルの話しではないが、台南では英語も日本語もホテル以外は通じないことが多いので、翻訳アプリなど活用した方が良いだろう。

The pictures Expedia showed when I was booking do not match the room the double room I booked, there was no desk and it was dark room, they blame Expedia but I don’t know the details. They changed it later but I was tired from long trip so it didn’t feel good. The buffet range is narrow on weekdays, only Sunday was better in terms of food options. If you don’t have a Taiwan phone or don’t want to use credit card info with YouBike app then you cannot rent a bicycle so I mainly walked to see around. One day is just enough if you want to explore around but overall I won’t recommend longer even you plan to do remote work since restaurants and food options are scarce too. Staff was kind but the hotel was not exceptionally good as ratings say in my opinion, the shampoo or soap was not that good and cleanliness can be improved. So in summary given the just normal level of leisure I experienced, the price of booking was over expensive.
