전체 평가 및 리뷰 Residence Inn Los Angeles Pasadena/Old Town

일단 레지던스 인 이지만 2인성인 2인 아동이 투숙하지 못할 사이즈입니다. 그리고 교통편이 불편합니다. 차량을 렌트해도 지역 자체에서 해결되지 않는 부분이 많아 위치가 불편합니다. 마지막으로 조식이 포함되는데 기대하지 마세요 거의 커피 베이글 사과 끝입니다.

Great quiet location close to the freeway. The hotel is very classy and I highly recommend if you’re staying in the Pasadena area stay here. The breakfast is more than enough of what you need.

When Marriott never told by anticipation the change ,I arrive they cancel my room and send to another MARRIOTT The rooom was smaller and without kitchen no pool and rhey say that We have to move to First Hotel to take brekfast Alberto

Great stay, convenient location for catching the Rise Bowl shuttle. Pool needs some surface work, but still refreshing.

Convenient for the event. Quaint places to eat nearby. Safe clean location.

We came here for a music festival. This hotel was very convenient to Rose Bowl shuttle bus just across the street. It had great variety for breakfast and location is convenient to shopping and restaurants. Will stay here again.

Upon arrival they indicated our reservation was cancelled due to the LA fires in Jan. The hotel was full due to all of the locals staying there. It took about 45 minutes with some very tuff conversations with the manager before they gave us a room. We were in town for the AC/DC CONCERT and had flown in from Oregon. Very disappointed, very stressful situation. Someone needs to follow up from Expedia and understand why it happened and notify us.

The hotel staff was extremely friendly and the property was very clean. We had a very spacious room and enjoyed sitting in the hot tub and pool.

I didn't like when the property cancelled my reservation two weeks before I was scheduled to arrive when they likely knew that it would be cancelled months prior to actually notifying me

The rooms are so nice and so close to all of the things! The rooms right off of the pool/hot tub are 👌

Great stay. Wonderful staff. You just have to pay for parking daily. Besides that, everything was perfect

We were there right after the huge Eaton fire,the smell of smoke was everywhere still,the pool and hot tub was shut down,It would be unfair for me to be too judgmental given the circumstances.The breakfast was very good.

Room not clean, A/C broken, Hot Tub not working, Ice-maker broken, shower drips loudly. Hotel not able or willing to fix anything.

Hotel was used for business trip. Old Pasadena is a very nice area with plentiful restaurants and nice ambience. Hotel was nice

Surprisingly wonderful stay, our first at a Residence Inn. Such clean rooms and public areas, in stock ongoing remodeling. Polite and respectful staff. Breakfast was exceptional.

All was wonderful except the shower did not have hot water but cold .. This was really not convenient or great !! Was refunded the 35 for parking so that was good . The room was really nice . The area right around hotel seemed a tad sketchy but not exactly unsafe . The parking underground seemed odd but what can u do in city? Didn’t get to see the pool and jacuzzi area but I’m sure it was nice and other amenities
