객실은 정말 깨끗하고 좋았고, 편안하게 지낼 수 있었습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 매우 친절하고 도움이 많았습니다.

Room cleanliness is unsatisfactory. Air conditioner is not so cold also.

Cannot check in until 4.30pm. Long wait for almost 2 hours before decided to call the manager. Few moment after the call, we finally checked in. The interior room was really spacious and comfortable, and the price considered really cheap for the big and beautiful room; The reason I give good rating. However, there was water supply problem and need to call the Cust service, but they fixed it quite fast.

Ruang bilik yang luas, bersih dan sangat selesa!

Room is spacious include the toilet . The only concern is the compound area because it is in the area of shop lot and not so many people . I feel quite insecure of my safety because there is no cctv nearby the room . Overall quite worth the money for me.

Bilik yang besar dan luar, bilik air yang besar serta mudah ambil wudukh.

The hotel is close to the airport but far away from the city center. There are some restaurants close by... it’s more an industrial area. Next time I will book a hotel close to the center... the rooms are nice and clean

Overall the hotel is very nice, clean and tidy. Only surrounded lack of some convenience store from my observation, and near to light industrial area.

The hotel does not have a lift. You therefore need to carry your bags up the staircase. Luckily the hotel is only 2 stories. If you have no car then food is an issue. The surrounding restaurants are Malay and if you want Chinese or Indian you need to head into town, a few kilometers away.
