My new favorite place to stay!

Excellent in every way!

Shower needs cleaning, slippery, also previous guest nail clippings in shower! Disgusting!

We stay as it is close to Airport and VA, as a Veteran this is very important to me, which gives me time to make early appointments. Staff is always helpful and polite, which I like allot, thank you and see you soon.

I am putting in a complaint because at 12 AM. A family was put on the fourth floor above us.We weee on the third floor. This family proceeded to stomp around, making a lot of noise and waking us up. I called down to the front desk twice, and went down there once. The staff member stated that they had just gotten in and they were gonna settle down. When I was down there, the staff member insinuated that I was making stuff up. Because when she went up there, they were quiet. They were all quiet because she was up there with them. This noise from this family continued for two hours. Who puts a family with kids on the fourth floor at midnight? This is completely unacceptable. And I did not appreciate the staff member in the evening. She did absolutely nothing to help the situation.

Front desk staff are awesome. They were able to make arrangements for our family to be in the same area.

Clean and good-located hotel. Friendly staff. Its complementary beakfast is quite good. It has a variety of bread and two types of bottled milk- whole and fat free, which I loved most.
