Pool area was dirty and over crowded. Several junior high students without supervision jumping on people and screaming. Staff never came to check. Food was left in the refrigerator, garbage under sofabed. TV would not turn on and remote was lighting. Was told maintenance would be right up on day 1. At checkout day 3 still no tv. The room phone would not connect to the front

Very convenient location! Safe area. Responsive and friendly staff!

Room was nice. Beds were not that comfortable. Bed linens/towels weren’t changed after the first night. Uncontrollable by the hotel but there were kids really loud both mornings about 7:00am running the halls really loud…sounded like without supervision.

Clean, comfortable, and the breakfast was really good.

Wonderful! Staff at front desk and bar were so kind. Breakfast was delicious and very clean The staff working both mornings were very nice, hard workers, and polite. It’s so refreshing and amazing to have kind people working in the hospitality industry.

Been staying at this hotel for about 5 years now when we travel to this area for business. We had booked a trip in two parts first part on my corp. card, second part on my husbands. Got in around 9:30 PM lugged all our luggage to our room, to discover hair on each of our beds as well as the washcloth that was hanging in the bthrm was stained. The walls were dirty with splatter marks in various areas, overall felt dirty. For the rate per night I found this unacceptable! We promptly checked out, I was told that the manager would have to approve my refund the following day (which they did) This unfortunately doesn not change the fact that I didn't get to bed until 1:30 AM by the time we found suitable, alternative accommodations. This was awful since I had a big presentation the following day, when I tried to get the second half of our trip (booked on my husband's card) refunded I was met with flippant, staff and extremely poor customer service not willing to work with me at all since I had booked through Expedia. I ended up losing $$ through this whole experience which I find extremely unfair seeing as what was provided. Will not be staying her again and will definitely be spreading the word. Do better Hyatt Place.

Extra fees, terrible water pressure in shower, uncomfortable beds, and the air conditioner did work as well as you would expect. I wouldn’t recommend unless it’s your last resort. Good location is about the only thing I can say.

Terrible Breakfast very bland no flavor. Most breakfast items were out when we arrived around 8am. I'd rather pay more for a nicer breakfast. Coffee was terrible as well. Room was clean and bed was comfortable.

My hubby purchased a night's stay for Mother's day weekend. My youngest daughter and I were treated to a double-queen bed room and truly enjoyed our stay. The only issues we had; the pillows were too soft and made sleeping a bit troublesome (but that's a preference issue, not the hotel). We also tried to call down to the front desk for a blanket at around 7:00pm, but no one responded. It could have been timing. The breakfast buffet was very good with many choices. I was glad to see so much variety with food items as well as drinks. Stellar! Other than that, thanks so much for a great stay!

We stay here at least once a year. Lots of shopping and dining options within walking distance. Parking can be a challenge. The rooms are comfortable.

Delightful area with shopping, exceptional grocery store, lots of dining options all within a minute walk. Just out of the city but has everything.

Perfect location for travelers. Lots of dinning options.
