Good place but this hotel far from bts ratchathewi

Room is clean, big and full of facilities but its hard to find the hotel at first time and should have complimentary toothpaste in bathroom. Near night markets

โรงแรมอยู่ในซอยลึกมาก กลางคืนเปลี่ยวน่ากลัว เดินทางลำบากสำหรับคนที่ไม่มีรถยนต์ส่วนตัว ไกลจากร้านสะดวกซื้อ และไม่มีร้านอาหารที่ใกล้เคียง คุณต้องเดินออกจากท้ายซอยมาถนนใหญ่เพื่อหาร้านอาหาร ถ้าเตรียมไปเองก็จะช่วยได้ในระดับนึง ห้องสะอาด แต่ไม่มีพรมเช็ดเท้า ในส่วนของการบริการ พอเราไปถึงโรงแรมไม่มีพนักงานต้อนรับ ต้องนั่งรอและโทรหาเบอร์ที่ทางโรงแรมแจ้งไว้ สักพักมีชายชาวต่างชาติ (ท่าทางไม่ค่อยเป็นมิตรนักและดูไม่ต้อนรับแขก) เดินมาเพื่อเอากุญแจห้องให้ ในการเช็กอินไม่ขอดูบัตรอะไรทั้งสิ้น ให้กุญแจห้องมาเลย และบอกทางไปห้องพัก (หากมีพวกมิจฉาชีพเข้ามาแอบอ้างเป็นลูกค้าน่าจะทำได้ไม่ยาก) โดยรวมๆ คือไม่โอเคมากถึงมากที่สุด ถ้ามีโอกาสจะไม่เข้าพักอีกแน่นอน

The place is secured even at night. it's clean. the people at the reception are warm and accommodating.

Such a brand new and clean 3-star hotel that I have ever been to! The facilities and the view are wonderful. I slept well on its bed. The location is great as well with 10 min walk from Ratchaprarop airport rail link station. It's near to local markets and shopping mall also. The receptionists are nice and speak English very well, however they work during business hours from 9am to 6pm only, so better to tell them in advance your arrival time else you cannot enter because the gate is locked. Another bonus point is the roof top pool: fantastic view and almost only you there. Only 2 things to improve: 1/the hotel should have tourist map and provide more info to the guests on request, 2/I booked 1 night and then booked 1 more night at last minute so I had to move to another room however I don't have the clean towel. To sum up, I am impressed with this hotel and would definitely come back and recommend to others as well.
