muy buen hotel.. pero algunas cosas mal condicion.. otro todo bien!

한인타운에서 굉장히 가까워서 한국 식재료를 사와서 호텔에 두고 다시 나갈 수 있어서 편합니다. 가격도 괜찮고 직원도 영어를 잘해서 아무 불편함이 없었습니다. 산티아고에서 더 저렴한 숙소도 찾을 수 있겠지만, 이정도면 충분히 좋습니다. 주변에 택시도 많고 바로 인근에 공원과 도심이 있어서 접근성도 좋습니다. 걸어다닐 수 있는 거리입니다. 아침 식사는 전 날 밤에 미리 가져다 줍니다. 우유, 쥬스, 빵 등 간단히 먹을 것들인데 충분해요. 숙소에 엘리베이터는 없습니다.

한인식당과 베야비스타 지역이 가까워 생활하기좋으면 호텔시설도 아늑하고 좋음. 아침식사는 전날 저녁에 빵과 음료수가 객실로 배달되어 편리하게 이용가능함

Lovely staff who speak English

We loved our stay at Apart Hotel B! The staff were very friendly and helpful with recommendations and arranging transportation. The neighborhood was walkable and safe. We did have a small glitch that the WiFi was not working for our entire stay. Despite this, I highly recommend staying here if you are in Santiago!

El anuncio decía que incluía un desayuno lo cual si bien nos dieron dos huevos y dos jugos creo que deben ir preparados con algo más, atienden bien, el servicio es bueno. Pero no cumplió mis espectativas

The staff are nice, but the room was not kept clean every day and the amenities are poor. In addition, the location does not feel safe. I saw homeless people and others sleeping on the street, and the area feels dangerous after 9 PM. You must use Uber or a taxi to get around safely.

The room was clean and well maintained. Breakfast is always delivered the day before, which is a great option for those planning very early tours or activities. The reception staff were always very attentive and helpful. The neighborhood is not one of the safest, but the hotel is well located and offers easy access to several tourist attractions.

Housekeeping service was inconsistent. Making a bed with dirty sheets and finishing is something blow my mind. Also, VAT is pay during check-in but not configure in the price during the booking. Location is better than expected.
