첫날, 3인 가족으로 예약했는데 싱글 침대 두 개를 줬습니다. 공간이 너무 좁아서 욕실이 너무 더워서 프런트 데스크에 가서 걸레를 요청해야 했습니다. 에어컨은 거의 작동하지 않았습니다. 방이 너무 더웠습니다. 방에서 작은 바퀴벌레도 봤습니다. 다음 날 룸 트랜스퍼를 받았는데, 아직 방이 비어 있어서 오전 11시에 체크아웃해야 했습니다. 프런트 데스크 직원들은 친절하지 않았습니다.

방 곳곳에 작은 바퀴벌레들이 있었어요. 3인 가족에게 수건 1개, 작은 비누 1개, 샴푸 1개만 제공되었고, 걸레는 제공되지 않았어요. 욕실은 물이 넘치고 에어컨은 새고 있었어요. 하우스키핑 직원이 밤 11시 40분쯤에 와서 종이컵을 주려고 했는데, 도대체 왜 그러는 걸까요? 첫째, 컵을 달라고 하지도 않았는데 말이죠. 둘째, 그들은 시간을 알기는 하는 걸까요? 마지막으로, 우리 방은 출구 근처에 있었는데 새벽 4시쯤에 쿵쿵거리고 드릴로 구멍을 뚫는 소리가 시끄러웠어요. 이 호텔에 묵는 건 추천하지 않아요.

방에 바퀴벌레가 몇 마리 있었습니다. 물이 유닛 내부에서 새고 있었습니다. 편의 시설은 전혀 없고 비누, 샴푸, 수건만 있습니다. 키 카드는 각 멤버에게 주어야 합니다.

직원들은 매우 친절하고, 방은 깨끗합니다. 공항과 가깝고, 모든 것과 매우 가깝고, 모든 것에 접근 가능합니다.

가격이 상당히 비싼 최소한의 시설, 객실에 생수가 없고, 각 복도에 디스펜서만 제공되며, 비누와 샴푸는 일회용으로 충분하지 않습니다. 방이 너무 좁고 오래된 건물처럼 에어컨이 새고 춥지 않았으나 1박이라 수리를 요청하지도 않았고 방을 옮겨달라는 요청도 하지 않았고 침대 사이즈가 내 키에 비해 너무 작았습니다. 아쉽게도 너무 피곤해서 방에서 사진을 찍지 못하고 그냥 잠에 들었습니다.

방에 무료 생수 한 병도 없었습니다. 뜨거운 물을 위한 주전자도 없었습니다.

I ask one in the front desk and one of the utility to bring the remote control of aircon because the room is totally hot the aircon itself is not working properly until the next day when I checked out I didn't receive any remote control in the room and I sleep sweating in bed cause its so hot plus the cr it has small cockroaches 🙄.

Nice position near airport, best recommended for short rest between flights.

A bit disappointed. Comfort room and shower room stinks (smells like old house/kitchen) 🥴 Shower room water leaks outside, no sleepers, no table, not allowed to eat inside the room, charges may apply when caught. Reception will not tell you about their rules so better read the posters inside the room. Also duvet ' s a bit itchy 😬. You will hear the noise of vehicles outside, even the people passing by your room 😅. Good points: Bed is nice, maybe just need more sanitation. Key Card rooms. Budget friendly. Accommodating staffs.

Ceiling paint is feeling off. Cockroaches is running on the floor and side tables. Room is next to the Highway vehicles passing by is noisy didn't rest at all. Disappointed!

The hotel room is conducive, clean environment and yet also very accessible to the nearest airport and bus terminal.

Excellent staff, rooms are not spacious with leaking aircon, requested for a change of room but hotel was fully booked. Booked a twin bed but was given 2 single beds.

It was so bad, they don't know how to consider guest, and the room is not nice, first of all they don't explain me regarding about smoking regulations in front disk they didn't ask me if I smoke or not and they didn't even try to tell me where the smoking area is, so I decided to smoke in exit area and the guard see me and bring me all the way to the lobby and ask me to pay 10,000 pesos. Even the government have first and second and 3rd offense and government didn't ask that much so they ask me to settle for the amount of 5,000 pesos, if they explain me from the first place that smoking is prohibited on that building and tell me where exactly the smoking area is then I will know to avoid this kind of incident. And the place is not nice when I left I have lots of luggage they didn't even try to help me bring my staff to the cab they just get the payment and that's it. Not anymore for this hotel.

The receptionist and staffs were very accommodation. It 's just the room is not well cleaned. I haven't slept well during my stay as you can hear the noise in the other rooms and also the people walking in the hallway.

They have nice rooms and the staff are very accommodating specially the guards.
