Beautiful hotel. Central location. Access to the central city. Wonderful, charming UNESCO world heritage city.

Beautiful, restored hotel. Loved the location in the center of Ubeda. Near good restaurants. Good bed. Quick in-and-out valet parking. We only had one issue ....cold to lukewarm water in the shower. The hotel offered to move us to another room. We declined the offer, but they were very accommodating.

Outstanding hotel. I can’t understand why they do not have a “Fabulous” rating. Staff is excellent and the hotel is beautiful. Worth every star.

We had a wonderful stay - which was only supposed to last one night. But the city and hotel were so impressive we decided to stay two more nights.

The rooftop swimming pool was so nice, and we were so lucky we had it to ourselves, it almost felt like being at our place. A real treat given how scorching the weather was in Úbeda those days

Perfecto. Todo muy cuidado

Prachtige lokatie, ruime kamer. Enigzins gedateerd, via klapdeuren naar andere vleugels, vloerbedekking in gangen niet schoon. Ontbijt keuze matig voor 5 sterren. Geen terras om even een drankje te doen. Geen warm water na herhaaldelijk aangeven personeel. Uiteindelijk opgelost door te douchen andere kamer.

Hotel Palacio de Ubeda was a wonderful stay. Perfectly located to all around the area - walkable city. Staff were extremely friendly and assisted us when required. Highly recommended.

Habitación triple muy acogeroda y limpia

perfectamente ubicado. bonito edificio. No es un super lujo, pero esta muy bien.

Desde mi punto de vista el hotel no cumple el estándar GL. En mi habitación había cabellos por algunas partes. La bañera gigante lo mejor. El servicio de termas sugiero esté permanentemente abierto y no por reserva. Por cierto tuve un problema con mi reserva y muy amablemente no me cobraron. La situación es magnífica para visitar Úbeda. Si eres de los que buscas hotel con spa, yo no incluiría a este en tu lista.

Todo perfecto

El hotel está muy limpio y bien ubicado, pero le falta para ser 5*. Las instalaciones estaban muy bien y la Habitación era amplia (aunque me daba pena que no mantuviera el estilismo del edificio histórico) pero la cena en la Taberna fue terrible y el desayuno deja mucho que desear.

A beautiful hotel and staff very welcoming and helpful. Room was spacious and immaculate. The bed was so comfortable so had a great night’s sleep.
