전반적으로 괜찮은 호텔.깨끗하고 위치도 좋고 뷔폐도 그만하면 괜찮은거같음 호텔 정문 찾기가 약간 헷갈린거 빼고는 굿입니다.

Det var et okay sted, meget imponerende bygninger og god pool med masser aktiveter i løbet af dagen. Men ikke særlig meget personale kunne engelsk eller andet sprog end spansk. Så hjælpen var sparsom ved henvendelse, og mange af resturanter var lukket så der relet kun var et sted at spise selvom det kunne læses som om der var flere.

Schlne Ubterkunft die etwas in die Jahre gekommen ist aber trotzdem vollkommen OK ist. Die Anlage ist recht groß. Am Anfang nen Überblick zu finden welcher Pool wo ist und wo genau der Shuttle hinfährr war etwas unübersichtlich. Dazu bekommt man einmalig Handtücher für den Urlaub. Bekommt aber nicht gesagt wo man diese abholen muss. Wenn man sie tauschen möchte gegen neue, trockene Handtücher kostet es 1€ pro Tag, pro Handtuch. Dazu kostet der Safe auf dem Zimmer pro Tag 3,50€. Die Reifen für die zwei Minirutschen kosten auch ca. 10€ pro Tag wenn man sich einen Ausleihen möchte. Und trotz des Shuttle der einen vom Hotel nach ubten fährt hat man unten noch nen Stück zu laufen. Es ist aber wie gesagt eine sehr große Anlage und gerade für Kinder und auch Kleinkinder ist überall was dabei und es wird sehr viel unterhaltung geboten. Die Musik an den Pool ist nen Tick zu laut.

Globalement, nous avons passé un très bon séjour particulièrement adapté aux familles avec enfants. Quelques points mériteraient cependant d’être améliorés pour rendre l’expérience encore meilleure. La navette reliant l’hôtel au parc aquatique est annoncée à l’accueil comme circulant de 10h à 18h. En réalité, une fois sur place, elle ne fonctionne que de 10h à 14h puis de 14h45 à 18h. J’ai trouvé dommage qu’il y ait une interruption de 45 minutes alors que le trajet est très court. la “piscine intérieure” mentionnée dans la description de l’hôtel n’est pas réellement une piscine accessible librement. Il s’agit en fait du spa facturé 15 €/pers, enfants compris. les piscines extérieures, l’eau était extrêmement froide. Je comprends qu’en Espagne les températures soient généralement élevées, mais selon la période de l’année, chauffer au moins une piscine familiale rendrait le séjour beaucoup plus agréable, surtout avec de jeunes enfants. le buffet était globalement bon et varié, mais il manquait selon moi du gel hydroalcoolique à disposition à l’entrée ou près des buffets. L’hôtel propose bien des excursions via une personne dédiée sur place, mais il faut ensuite se débrouiller soi-même pour rejoindre le lieu de départ des activités. Pour un resort familial, il serait vraiment appréciable d’avoir davantage d’excursions organisées directement depuis l’hôtel avec navette aller-retour incluse.

Mooi hotel, mag wel wat aan de douche deur gedaan worden , onderkant erg kapot. Vriendelijk personeel en het eten is zeer gevarieerd. Jammer dat je niet veel uitleg krijg met inchecken waar je moet zijn B.V. voor het eten . Een plattegrond zou fijn zijn want het is een groot hotel. Het vervoer naar beneden want hotel staat op een stijle berg zou uitgebreider mogen zijn. Nu alleen van 10-18 uur. Mooi zwembad . Beachclub alleen als je all in heb geboekt. Hotel sta verder van het centrum af .

I absolutely do not recommend it! My family and I all got sick from the food there. First, my 18-month-old had a high fever, vomiting, and diarrhea for two days during our vacation. Then I did, then my 12-year-old daughter and my husband got sick too. We just got home two days ago and we're still sick. The food is terrible; they always serve the same thing, and I think it's reheated from the day before! The only good thing was that they cleaned the room daily, and the staff was very friendly, but that's it. The all-inclusive package doesn't include anything about the gym, sauna, or any of the other attractions on the property. You make a reservation for one hotel, and they send you to whichever one suits them best. I would never go back to that hotel again!

Poolanlage gut und schön für Kinder, alles mit Kunstrasen ausgestattet (allerdings ist die Wasserrutsche nur für zwischendurch, kein echter Mehrwert). Poolanlagen recht weit weg, kein Strandzugang. Essen insgesamt gut, wenngleich nicht sehr abwechslungsreich, recht laut, teils längere Warteschlangen. Der Eingangsbereich ist schön gestaltet und wirkt modern, das setzt sich leider im restlichen Bereich nicht fort, wirkt teilweise wie eine Mall aus den 80ern. Wird hatten Vollpension gebucht, das ist nicht zu empfehlen, da die viele Leistungen dann nicht inkludiert sind (z.B. Innenpool 90 Minuten 15€ pro Person). Bei den Getränken ist es auch nicht gut gelöst, meine Empfehlung, wenn dann mit AI. Zur Zeit ist das GYM geschlossen, dazu gab es im Vorfeld keine Information. Die angebotene Alternative war ein anderes Hotel ca. 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt, also nicht besonders attraktiv.

Nice hotel but starting to show its age. Basic food. Probably excellent for families with young kids; not for older crowd

Staff are very friendly, it is family friendly and a lot activities to do. Room was very clean and spacious. Only complaint is the check in process can be quite long and a bit more organized? We arrived a couple of hours early and did the whole check-in with badges and said we had to wait till 2pm for check-in. Came back and had to do the whole line up again where it takes forever for people to do the wrist bands, passports etc. The only difference was they called to see if our room was ready but we already had the key cards. Also, there is a checkin and checkout line up but guests don't really follow the signs so it would be easier if there were just one line and the front desk just serves the next person at the top of the line. But the staff were very friendly.

El hotel es increíble, pero lo que verdaderamente lo hace mucho más increíble, es el personal. Simpatía, educación, eficacia y la manera de hacer de la estancia un momento agradable y único. Volveré seguro, pero con mi familia. Donde te tratan bien….buen rato!!!

The kitchen is not a kitchen. No plates etc

Great holiday and location. It would have been nice for the other restaurants and facilities to be open but it was the beginning of the season.
