The Dakota Glasgow is a lovely place to stay in the city center. The reception staff is kind and courteous as well as helpful. It’s convenient to attractions, restaurants and shopping. It was a pleasure to stay there. This was my second stay there. I highly recommend it.

First class hotel in all aspects. The hotel and rooms are spotlessly clean and spacious. All staff were so helpful and friendly. Bed was very comfortable and blackout curtains that actually worked. A nice touch was two lights remained on but very dim thus enabling anyone requiring to get up during the night the ability to see without disturbing partner. All in all and excellent and I will definitely stay again A touch of class in this hotel.

Dakota Glasgow offered a very comfortable stay with standout service. Helpful staff, available around the clock, and room service was reliable and convenient after a long day of recreation. Our room was nicely furnished, with a great minibar and a clean feel, though we did notice occasional dust floating when it would catch the light. Enjoyed an exceptional breakfast via room service. For dinner, the restaurant was adequate, though a few menu items didn’t quite hit the mark. What stood out was the thoughtful anniversary acknowledgment, with a sweet treat and a beautifully handwritten note, which made our stay feel special. The location is also a plus, as it’s an easy walk from the train station without luggage. Overall, a pleasant stay with warm hospitality. If in Glasgow again, I would certainly return.

Staff were excellent and very accommodating, especially as we were staying after we got married that day. Couldn’t have asked for anything more from them. Rooms were good as well and will definitely stay again.

The room was very nice and clean and the break fast was very good. Staff were all friendly and willing to help!

The lady on reception who seemed to always be there (!) was so friendly and welcoming, The room smelt so clean when you opened the door, it was large and really comfortable. The room had everything you needed included a complimentary mini bar with water and some beers. The ensuite had an excellent shower and big towels. When checking out we asked if there was another Dakota hotel at our next stop but unfortunately not!! Highly recommend and will go back.
