이번이 두 번째 숙박입니다. 모든 것이 괜찮았고 편리했습니다. 친절하게 대해주셔서 감사합니다.

객실이 넓고, 시설도 좋고, 매우 깨끗합니다. 맥도날드와 페트로나스가 바로 옆에 있어요.

저는 이 근처에서 하룻밤을 묵었습니다. 3인 예약이지만 체크인 기간에는 4인이 포함됩니다. 그날 호텔을 지키고 있던 PIC는 추가 인원에 대해 추가로 RM30을 지불하라고 요구했습니다. 우리는 RM30의 요금을 지불했지만 직원이 현금 서랍에 돈을 넣지 않았습니다. 그런 다음 현금 서랍을 열고 돈을 교환한 다음 돈을 밖에 넣으십시오. 보증금도 거부할 수 있었는데 직원이 시스템에 입력해야 한다고 해서 거부하더군요. 문제는 그 돈이 직원 주머니로 들어가는 걸까요? 추가 비용이 시스템에 포함되지 않는 이유는 무엇입니까? 아니면 돈이 실제로 다른 상자에 들어 갔습니까?

Value for money, don't expect too much!

1) Clean. 2) location very good. A lot of parking space. 3) Hotel at 2nd floor. Unfortunately the hot water very low. Kindly improve. 4) room light too dim. 5) TV channels programmer should improve. Only 3 channels available.

Polisi hotel terlalu ketat langsung tidak bole toleransi dengan customer. Receptionist tidak boleh tolak ansur.

Location is good, but it's located on top of pub. At night, customers were singing quite loud and we could still hear from our room. Maybe can put a thicker curtain to block the sound. Other than that, we are quite happy with our stay.

Overall is alright, just the air conditioning kinda not cooling the room, should have use the 1.5hp aircond.

Very noisy, soundproofing is not good, all roads are heard. Someone in the hotel knows to go in and open the door. The sound insulation is very poor, children play outside and do not sleep at all

Ample parking, the staffs were great, near to famous eateries, clean room

Large and clean room, toilet, lobby. pillow and bed just like 5 star hotel but must borrow iron if want to used it

Not enough staff, counter always no staff.

Good and clean. Will come back again

Convenient location. 10-15 mins from main city and lost world of tambun.

Don't have a cupboard to hang the clothes, and my friends complaining the pillow not comfortable enough, but overall is good, worth the price!

Noise from pub downstairs

The mirror desk place is dark. The toilet should have a glass or shower curtain to avoid wet all the place.
