최악의호텔 직원교육엉망

Estuvimos con mi familia y amigos por una estancia corta de 2 noches. Es un hotel algo grande pero ya algo viejito. Una remodelación le vendría bien. Habitaciones amplias y buena presión de agua en la ducha. Buena ubicación.

We spent one night at this place, is really good, the rooms are nice and clean. The should improve a little bit better on the food. Overall is worth it for the price!!!!

No water before

Very nice hotel. Spacious room with good size walking closet, hot water, A/C and Wifi. Common areas with nice landscaping. Very recommended. I will definitely come back.

Limpio

Very clean room, spacious, nice staff and friendly, the pool was clean and nice and the location is great. The restaurant needs more writers because when there were many people the food took much time to arrive and was cold. But everything else was amazing, including the staff in the reception who helped us with booking tours and everything we needed. Very recommended hotel!

The facility is so beautiful,so many fruit trees and awesome surroundings The staff is very good,one thing i would like to see,coffee early in the mornings, before 7 otherwise you need to go out and try to find someone open which is very difficult

Muy bonito lugar para pasar tiempo con familia lo único es que el jacuzzi no estaba puesto y tal vez un poco más de limpieza para la piscina sería algo que considerar.

Clean and friendly staff

Always a pleasure staying here, we've done it many times. The only suggestion would be to try to help reduce mosquitos (zancudos) inside the room, we spent quite some time killing a lot since I'm alergic to the bite

An ok place, very poorly managed. The hotel itself is beautiful, aside from a dozen or so unfinished buildings in the back lot that give it a creepy vibe. (A couple have full grown trees growing up through the middle of the floor.) The management is atrocious and the rooms are furnished with cheap crap they seem to have bought in the local market. The low light of my trip was when the full length mirror on the wall spontaneously fell apart (the cheap plastic frame came apart at the corners) and crashed to the ground in pieces. The hotel charged ME for that. I mean it wasn’t much— $17 or so— but I didn’t even touch it, and I specifically told them I refused to pay for it, and they just charged my card anyway. So I hope they enjoy their $17 because I won’t be coming back.
