Clean and friendly staff

Always a pleasure staying here, we've done it many times. The only suggestion would be to try to help reduce mosquitos (zancudos) inside the room, we spent quite some time killing a lot since I'm alergic to the bite

An ok place, very poorly managed. The hotel itself is beautiful, aside from a dozen or so unfinished buildings in the back lot that give it a creepy vibe. (A couple have full grown trees growing up through the middle of the floor.) The management is atrocious and the rooms are furnished with cheap crap they seem to have bought in the local market. The low light of my trip was when the full length mirror on the wall spontaneously fell apart (the cheap plastic frame came apart at the corners) and crashed to the ground in pieces. The hotel charged ME for that. I mean it wasn’t much— $17 or so— but I didn’t even touch it, and I specifically told them I refused to pay for it, and they just charged my card anyway. So I hope they enjoy their $17 because I won’t be coming back.

Everything was beautiful

The hotel was very nice, the staff was pleasant and willing to help with any needs. The food options were plenty and tasted delicious. The only recommendation I would have is to put a fresh coat of paint in some of the areas. However, that wouldn’t stop me from staying here again.

This is a nice hotel but the pool was not open as advertised. Hot tub was too dirty to use. Restaurant food was not good. Rooms and atmosphere was good and front desk was friendly .

Es un lugar que amerita quedarse más de una noche, habitaciones para 4 o 6 personas, baño grande, agua caliente, A/C, botella de agua pura. Excelente servicio, buena comida, limpio, una vista y locación impresionante. Definitivamente recomiendo visitarlo.

Es por mucho más bonito y cómodo que lo que reflejan las fotos. Excelente servicio

Un sitio agradable, muy cerca del castillo para ir a pie. Piscina agradable.

Terrible. Me dieron una habitación con menos de lo que indicaba Orbitz en su página. Todo estaba sucio. Y lo peor no había agua para ducharse! Es una estafa el lugar. No es lo que ofrecen.

I stood for one night and the hotel rooms are spacious, well ventilated and illuminated. The parking was close to my room which was fantastic. The constructions, gardening, decorations really sets guests in the tropics. The staff was friendly. While my staying there was an electric shortage, but the hotel's manager resolved within 15 minutes.

The view and the stay is amazing ! It’s located in a perfect place ! The food amazing . I had a problem had to wait about an hour for them to put water in my room so I could shower , brush my teeth , or use the bathroom . Even after they put it on I took a shower afraid I was not getting water since the pressure was not working at all. For a place that looks amazing it sucked that the water was not working and they really were taking their time fixing it for my room

Me he hospedado muchas veces en el hotel, pero después de la pandemia, no es igual. Le hace falta mucho mantenimiento. Las piscinas que son hermosas estaban verdes, sin la limpieza con los productos necesarios para asegurar un baño de piscina seguro. Muy decepcionada
