Ik verbleef daar al een paar keer en ieder keer prima kamer, schoon , personeel is heel aardig en behulpzaam, minpunt is toch ontbijt te weinig keuze de rest top

It was great and relaxing. The staff was very courteous, respectful, helpful, and welcoming. They went above and beyond to help answer any questions we had. It was very clean, from the bathroom, the kitchenette, the pillows, the sheets, and everything else. It was a great location a few blocks away from the beach, restaurants, activities, and shopping. Also, it was easy to find parking, even though it was the weekend. The only thing is that we had to live both bedrooms open, because the AC was in the kitchenette only. But after a few hours the bedrooms were cool too. Other then that, it was a wonderful experience.

Misleading room details and bed sizes. I booked a room with a queen bed and two twin beds, but I was given only two twin beds. The hotel management blamed the site for providing incorrect information and claimed that the bed sizes are a Moroccan standard, which is not true.

Very unprofessional and arrogant staff! The lady who checked me in have unbelievable attitude! The night shift lady was absolutely arrogant and rude !

l'hotel par lui meme est bien le personnel n'est pas du tout a la hauteur de l'établissement le petit déjeuner est médiocre la salle de restaurant est salle non entretenue des trous au plafond avec en prime des poussières qui descendent droit dans votre assiette le chef de partie si il est chef de partie ce qui m'étonnerait vraiment est un grossier personnage qui manque d'hygienne aussi bien vestimentaire que corporel (et il dirige un restaurant soit disant 3*) qui ne sait que donner des ordres a des serveurs dévoués qui ne font qu'avec les moyens qu'ils ont. je suis allé me plaindre plusieurs fois a la réception de son attitude mais ils me répondent qu'il savait mais n'ont jamais remédié au problème. du coup tellement marre de cette ambiance désagréable nous sommes partis deux jours avant la fin de notre séjours avec en prime insulte de ce fameux chef de restaurant. je tiens a souligner l'efficacité des femmes de ménages quand meme. pour finir je ne conseillerai pas cet établissement nous avons trouver ailleurs pour finir notre séjour dans un vrai 3* avec un très bon service.
