깨끗하고 쾌적했습니다 욕조도 있어서 좋았구요 주방기구들은 사용한적이 없어보였습니다 중심가에서 20분가량 떨어져있지만 바로 앞에 24시 작은 마트도 있고 평지고 조용해서 더좋았습니다

Great tidy modern room,great location,fantastic staff and just an enjoyable place to stay.

This is a wonderful home away from home, if you need to be in Dunedin for work, or hospital visit. Bus is outside door. Restaurant adjoins the property. Clean and comfortable bed! Would definitely stay again.

Wir können die Unterkunft für einen Aufenthalt in Dunedin nur empfehlen. Das sehr freundliche Personal konnte uns gute Tipps für Unternehmungen in der Umgebung geben. Gleich neben der Unterkunft ist ein tolles Frühstückrestaurant das OAKEN CAFE. Die Zimmer sind auf zwei Ebenen verteilt und werden über Außentüren erreicht. Die Zimmer sind behaglich eingerichtet. Der Blick geht in den schön begrünten Innenbereich. Eine kleine Oase! (Früher hieß die Unterkunft "Great King Motel") Wir kommen gerne wieder!

A very easy walk into the centre city and safe to walk at night too. Despite being on a main thoroughfare, there was no audible road noise. This is probably the cleanest accommodation I've ever stayed at. Ive stayed before and will continue to come back, hopefully in a couple of months when all the azaleas and rhododendrons are flowering in the central courtyard.

Well located. Easy walk to central Dunedin. Rooms look out to a courtyard with lovely trees and plants. Nice room with a well stocked kitchen. Parking was very limited and getting luggage to our room was challenging— longish walk to the elevator (outside) but the room was worth it and I would recommend staying here.

Room spacious, modern and very clean. Kitchen well equipped. Big, comfortable bed. Lovely jacuzzi, relaxing after busy day. Staff very helpful and friendly. All together very enjoyable stay.

A really great find. Care and attention to details in the room that would shame many pricier hotels. The central Japanese style garden is a joy.
