The hotel room is nice. Yet, we encounter conflict during our check in. The hotel management staple a note on the terms and policies that there is corkage for bringing foods(note we only bring 1 box of pizza) the corkage is 1000 pesos. It's not indicated in the website. Not a good experience for us compared to the hotels we've stayed. I and my fiancee weren't happy about that. Yet, still thankful to the manager for waiving it.

Moalboal tropics is by far the most nicest place in moalboal. The area is quite great for kids with the amazing pool and I must say definitely the best service from all staff. The photos I have attached shows on how amazing their service are. Again thank you Moalboal tropics. We will definitely come back over and over again. Salamat ❤

The hotel is very beautiful in the naked eye. Best for IG photos. The place is clean. The pool is lovely. Warm water in September. The room was spacious and has a ref and tv with cable. I was a little bit disappointed with the bed though. That kind of bed i am seeing for hotels worth 300/night. The towels are also disappointing. But hey. We just slept there for the night. We are on a vacation anyway to explore Kawasan falls and not there to stay in bed. The service was great! People are nice and accomodating! For breakfast, i ordered chicken but it is not available 😔. So i opted to the corned beef. I asked if it comes with an egg, the lady told it doesn’t. But when it was delivered, it has ann egg! The lady should be trained about their menu!

Spacious room and really nice pool. The location is in the town so if you come to Moalboal for diving and beaches it might be not the most suitable for you. Staff could be much more attentive as zero information about breakfast, rules of the place was given during check-in.

I booked for a room with one queen sized bed and a single one, but they gave us a new, fresh and clean room with 2 queen sized bed.. however without a TV. Since my boyfriend is really a TV junkie.. we requested to be transferred to a room with one. They granted all our requests during our stay. Thumbs up!

We have found a fly in our breakfast meal and the management did not even recognize their mistake.

Clean and staff are very accomodating

easily accessible from the highway, but a bit far from beach resorts. friendly staff, hands-on owner/manager. place is clean & affordable. hope they have more variety in their menu aside from breakfast meals. their contacts with canyoneering & island hopping agencies made it easier for guests to join tours.

The hotel is located quite far from the beach (which is where most of the tourist go), so you have to take tricycle to get there; it is just walking distance to the main road and Gaisano Grand Mall Moalboal (they have McD there). I traveled solo and stayed at their 4 bunk-beds dorm. The room is clean and the bed is comfortable. The service is great and the staff are nice, who would be more than happy to help you the even take you to the bus station after check-out. I contacted them through facebook to reschedule my booking to a day later since my flight was delayed, and they responded within the hour and were happy to help me. Overall, good experience.
