A great bed and breakfast in the heart of old town St. Augustine. The amenities, food, and staff were awesome and I will definitely be coming back

Lovely inn with lots of little niceties for guests- happy hour, evening desserts, great breakfasts, and more. So close to all the St Augustine sites yet in a quiet and walkable neighborhood. We parked our car for two days and could walk to all the restaurants and sites. Innkeeper works to provide everything the guests desire.

Beautiful property, very friendly and welcoming innkeeper. Excellent location for seeing all of St Augustine. Walking distance to St. George street, shops, restaurants and historic sites. The free guest parking is a perk since most places here charge for parking. Would definitely stay here again!

The picture on Expedia is not the property that you will end up staying at the house is an older home looks nothing like the picture on Expedia the gentleman there was nice and understood that we were looking for a property that was Ada accessible so he did refund our money which was great but the property was not as advertised

First time staying at a B&B and we were pleasantly surprised. Staff was kind and the location was great to be right in the heart of the historic district.

Great location, friendly staff. Room and especially bathroom could be cleaned better. Jacuzzi has seen better days. A lot of street noise. Hard to park.

Charming. Very convenient location. Manager was friendly and helpful..Food was good. The room could use some small upgrades for upkeep.

The place was clean, quaint, romantic & the staff were so friendly and helpful. We celebrated our 1st wedding anniversary there and it was terrific!

The B&B is a beautiful place. It’s perfectly situated, within comfortable walking distance of the historic district, the marina, and many attractions. Our room was comfortable and quiet. The staff is stellar. We enjoyed meeting Patrick and Ester, and Amy made tasty breakfasts and gave us good tips for things to see and experience. The extras provided (desserts, complimentary sherry, Happy Hour) made it a singular experience. We’ll put this B&B on our list of places we want to revisit.

The property was beautiful and the staff were wonderful!

loved the location and right in the middle of historic district. Room was comfortable and staff was friendly. Did not like the location of our room next to dining area. It was loud and lacked privacy. Beds and pillows were nice.

This was very comfortable and spacious room. The location was excellent and very convenient. The staff provided excellent service. Dessert was provided in the evening and it was delicious. This would be an excellent choice for anyone looking for a comfortable room and convenient location.

Wonderful night with all the conveniences from home and well stocked toiletries. The breakfast was delicious too! Tina was a wonderful host, friendly and very attentive. Thanks for the homemade desert left in the room for us : )

I absolutely loved everything! The ladies that greeted me were very nice amd welcoming. The cook in the morning is amazing and very kind. The dessert at night was very good and a special treat. I enjoyed everything and I would highly recommend one stays there. The food alone is worth it😊

Our stay at Casa de Suenos was great. The staff were friendly and extremely accommodating. The room was spacious and clean and the king size bed comfortable. The bathroom was a good size with large walk in shower. The location was perfect, other than having to use the car to visit the beach area we walked every where averaging about 6 miles a day. Breakfast every morning was freshly prepared. Coffee and tea station open 24 hours. Highly recommend Casa de Suenos.

A warm greeting at check in and the location of this beautiful B&B will have us coming back!
